Well where do i start...
I was called by one of the team to see if i was interested in attending the event and booking my spot plus a VIP dinner. I booked the VIP dinner in hopes that the restaurant would be great. After all you are meeting millionaires... If anyone thinks about booking the VIP dinner for future dates i would highly recommend to AVOID doing that as they make you think your getting a good offer with food and limited seats of only 15 seats that i was told on the phone but the reality is they sell you it to book seats which turns out to be 40 plus seats so yeah not a VIP in my opinion. As for the food SHOCKING!!! I have never seen such bland and low quality dry food that looked frozen and microwaved!!! Bearing in mind i paid £60 for that food.

Moving on to the event day...

I arrive for a VIP breakfast which they sold to me over the phone that didn't exist!!! NO BREAKFAST. JUST A TEA. Eventually Rob Arrives and starts discussing about making money and how to do it which i can only describe as fancy wording. 25 mins later he gets us to do social networking around the room with other people but as that happens the DJ starts blasting music so how am i suppose to hear anyone??? Furthermore through the day i started to get some suspicions that certain people in the audience are in on the script acting to make it seem to other people it was legit. Certain questions that were being asked were only to get people to buy Robs or other millionares books off amazon.

For the entire event of 10 hours Rob was only there for 2 and half hours then after that some other millionaire just mainly starts taking about its a great investment and you wont regret it. Then they hand out applications right on que before you know it they want you to hand over 9K which is not told over the phone. Its just to get you there!

One last thing that i did not appreciate was how i was looked at by certain members just because of the way i was dressed and spoken to.
Most questions i asked was mainly blunt and vage responses but as soon as a smart person in a nice suit asked certain questions they responded in full detail with a smile which i dident get at all!

Its not like i dident have the money to invest but why should i let someone take my money if im going to be judged on what im wearing!!

Would i recommend you go to these events??? Absolutely NOT its just little sneaky ways of phycology they use to handing over your money.

What did i get out of the event?? nothing! Just a waste of half a tank of petrol 200 Miles for false advertising over the phone! SHAME ON YOU PROGRESSIVE PROPERTIES.

Attended the 3 day Rent to Rent /No Money Down Masterclass with Kevin Mcdonnell...MIND BLOWN! His, honesty, energy and advanced knowledge property investing...second to none! Considering joining the Mastermind too.

Such a great 3 days with Kevin and his team at progressive, left feeling inspired and energised to get going on my property journey.

I first became acquainted with Kevin McDonnell via listening to his book on Audible "No Money Down Property Investing". I found myself immediately feeling inspired by this man's energy and honesty about all the things that he'd done wrong in the past and his journey since. It lead me to wanting to find out more. I carried out some research and found that Kevin was in the middle of a new book launch for "How to Raise Money" and ordered the book. I received a free ticket to a 3 Day Property Event and decided to go along to find out more. I felt really inspired over the weekend, feeling like someone had given me the key to unlock my brain. I decided to invest in myself and book on the No Money Down & Rent2Rent Masterclass which I have recently attended. The energy which Kevin displays in his book, and at events he seems to carry everywhere he goes. He has a world of knowledge and is very passionate about what he does and what he's trying to achieve and makes you believe you can achieve it too.
I have now signed up to Kevin's 12 month Mastermind programme and looking forward to implementing creative property techniques in 2025 with support from Kevin and other mentors!

I've looked into many property investors, property investing videos, training programmes, other business ideas, etc, ultimately landing at Progressive Property with Kevin McDonnell. I'm so glad I did.

Like many people, I was a bit skeptical of this 'No Money Down' concept, but when Kevin explains it and demonstrates real-world examples, it all makes sense. I realised that no-money-down strategies are genuine, that these sorts of deals happen every day, and that Kevin is the real deal.

Kevin is also a straight-shooter, and at first, comes across like a bit of a hard-nose. But really, he genuinely wants people to succeed. He's very good at motivating you to get off your lazy bum (speaking for myself) and make things happen.

This 3-day course is intense and fast-paced, but it teaches a basic understanding of just about everything you need to know about getting started in property investing.

Take note, however, it is not for wishy-washy people with no ambition. You have to work, and work hard. But that's the case with any career in life. The returns from these efforts, however, will be far more valuable than any job I could ever have. Now it's up to me to get busy and start implementing everything he's taught.

For on-going support in that process, I joined the Progressive Property Academy. I'm excited about my future now, whereas a month ago, it was looking fairly bleak.

It should be noted that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It's a sensible, savvy approach that gives you the knowledge you need to start getting experience immediately in order to start building, step-by-step, your wealth and financial independence. All whilst working among some truly fantastic, supportive people.

If you are tired of the hamster wheel (going nowhere fast), want financial freedom and to be surrounded by smart, motivated people going somewhere fast, then this course might be for you.

I can finally unsubscribe from all the noise and get to work on my property business knowing that I know the questions to ask and where to find the answers. Kevin and his team delivered a rich program, that was a combination of real life examples, and simple explanations of tools that we all need in our arsenal to deal with the uncertain future, full of opportunities that is on the way. I can't recommend this highly enough. If you're serious about your property future, you need to spend time here, now.

Amazing three days at no money down course with Kevin McDonnell. Filled with knowledge and amazing people. Looking forward to seeing them again in the future.

Progressive used to be great. But lately, I feel like I've been scammed. I paid for Rob.gold lifetime membership and on a HMO Discovery, they couldn't honour a VIP upgrade because the development managers didn't know about Rob.gold benefits, which is part of the progressive ecosystem.

I paid for pp club for Kevin McDonnell's auction course, not aware we'd be charged again for the same course so I reached out to development who promised a refund if I paid for pp club lifetime, so I paid, then they said they'd waive the subscription for one month for Rob.team, the lower tier subscription for Rob.gold - yes, you have to pay for lower tier benefits despite being on the higher tier! Rob.team is £8, the refund I expected was £28. James promised a refund if I went ahead with lifetime just to then move the goalposts after I paid.

This comes after paying £1800 for a deal packaging course, as well as paying out hundreds for networking events.

James has just single handedly ruined Progressive Property's reputation by conning me out of £28.

I don't know what's happened to Progressive but the last couple of months, they've completely gone down the tubes. There's no support or comaraderie, everything is oversold and under delivered and then to be lied to over a small value purchase of £28... It leaves a really bitter taste in my mouth.

I'm so glad this has happened over £28 though because now I realise, if they can't be trusted to come through on something so low value, how can they be trusted to come through on their courses where we pay several thousands of pounds, or their mentoring programs and other programs?

Yesterday, on a JV day included with BYOB costing £150ish, we were told about Kevin's race to 10k costing over £5000, I was very tempted but I'm so glad I didn't go ahead because when all is said and done, there's no guarantee they'll deliver on their promises. With some of the courses, they offer a money back guarantee if you don't see results but I feel like they're not worth the paper they're written on now.

James has single handedly ruined the reputation of Progressive Property and left a negative impression across the entire company as a result. I just hope the £28 saving he made for the company is worth losing a lifelong, high value customer. Going forward, since they've gone downhill so fast, I'll be referring to them as "Regressive Property".

I'm so disappointed in their attitude to customers and bitterly regret promoting them as a reputable training company to my friends because should they experience the same as I have the last couple of months, it makes me look bad. Therefore, I cannot in good faith continue to recommend Regressive Property to people I respect or who respect me.

Wow, what a weekend with Kevin McDonnell's Rent2Rent and No Money Down. He has an abundance of creative strategies, demonstrated so simply, even for someone like me, my mind is blown!

Absolutely fantastic 3 day Mastermind with this legend learning creative ways to control property.
He is passionate about No Money Down deal creation which comes across in his presentation.
His support team are just as passionate, with Emerald Fisk also presenting across the weekend, and other mentors being there to answer questions.

Great course Rent 2 Rent + No Money Down Masterclass, learnt so much on creative strategies. WIsh I had known what i have learnt when I first started property 20 Years ago. After doing it the traditional way.

I would highly recommend anyone who is new to property or experienced in property to take the course. As it will open your eyes. Thanks Kevin McDonnell for the last 3 days.

I have attend 2 course with the PP community
The first was MSOPI which was a nice opener to what’s offer with the teams at PP. there wasn’t any real chance to ask questions so was more of a listening 3 days & even with the upgraded tickets (£90) I don’t feel your questions were answered
BUT….. with that said, I then attended the Property Masterclass with Toni and I cannot promote and recommend this course any more than I do, it was fantastic!! The 4 day course was everything I hoped it was going to be and then some. All questions answered, so much information given and the people there were so supportive
If you’re serious about property and want so help getting you in the game, this is the place to be, 100%
