This was a positive and refreshing experience from first to last.We were seeking a new projector for our church and I came across ProjectorPoint. I spoke to Annick and she was very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects. It turns out the location of our projector is quite critical in terms of the 'throw' and Annick guided me to the possible choices.At no point was I pressured or 'upsold'. The projector is now installed and doing a great job.

And ... guess what ... it came next day at a significantly lower price than A*****n!

Within half an hour of pacing the order I received a telephone call from projectorpoint. I was worried there was a problem with my order but no, they wanted to ask a few questions to check that I had ordered the correct product for my needs. We purchased an Epson EH-TW9400. It's huge, but fantastic. Really clear bright pictures and excellent contrast.

I recently bought a projector from Projectorpoint. As well as a good quotation, I also had excellent pre-sale advice which was essential as I needed help to get the features we required.
I also purchased a hanging bracket which when it arrived didn't fit our situation. Our sales contact was superb, she understood and resolved the problem immediately.
I always have found that you don't know how good or bad a company is until there's a problem. In our case Projectorpoint scored top marks!

Very impressed by that service level hence 5*, BenQ close throw projector absolutely good for a plug and play. Delighted with the set up. Projector arrived on time and has since been deployed in church hall where the picture and brightness is far better than previous 'bulb' technology. We went for the Optama Laser projector and it has so far proved an excellent purchase. I am sure that it will prove to be a sound investment.

Projectorpoint where very helpful when i contacted them about a specific projector (Viewsonic X10-4K). Matthew answered all of my questions and managed to get it sent out for me next day. It arrived Saturday morning and the projector was brilliant! 4K is a big upgrade on my 1080p Projector. First time ive tried an LED Projector, colours are vibrant, its bright and also very quiet, with upto 30,000 hours life! If you are looking for a projector and need help, they have knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service and offer fast delivery. I Highly recommend Projectorpoint and the Viewsonic X10-4K.

We went to ProjectorPoint knowing the equipment (projector and display panel) we wanted to buy but we were unsure about some ancilliary requirement. They gave excellent advice with a quick response to each of our queries, The prices quoted were competitive and delivery was made on schedule as agreed.

I have never had a company take so much care in their customer service. William emailed me on the date of purchase and asked if theres any way he could help and what model projector I had to ensure the produce was compatible.

It was found that I purchased a slightly different screen than needed and William instantly changed if for me with no hassle at all and all correspondence by email was instantly responded to . The product was then delivered next day for no charge.
