Great customer service
Great customer service, price matched and free delivery.
Screen came next day, but courier left it on my doorstep unsigned for, thankfully I was in the garden and just getting ready to go out so was only there for a few minutes. The store were as shocked as I was.
I had a question after delivery and again customer service was swift and very helpful.

great responses from staff, delivered when it should, only reason I didnt give 5 is because the price was a little high but I am used to buying through distribution so to be expected. I originally gave this a 4 star but edited it as it was probably a little unfair to mark them down on price when I am used to distribution pricing, they were the best I could find outside distribution!!!!!

Very impressed and pleased.
Very impressed and pleased with the service provided. Looked for a replacement projector for our church building. Following an online chat with Keith as regards what projector and lens would be best and in our budget, we ordered a replacement and was given realistic time scales for delivery.
I also received good advice on a suitable mount for the new projector.
All items were securely parcelled and delivered as promised.
