Good technical support back up

I had to order a projector for an educational event and had very little knowledge besides what I had previously ordered. I used the online chat facility and Keith was able to provide me with multiple options and advice. Really know there stuff, plenty of options, listen to their customers and great prices too. What more could you ask for?

Wonderful service! I had to source a projector for a theatre project that I am involved in. I know absolutely zero about this kind of equipment. I rang up, got through straight away, and was able to speak to a very helpful person. I just outlined our project and he explained what I would need and provided a list of possible suitable machines, at varying prices and with notes as to the pros and cons of each. There was no hard sell and I was assured that I would be able to return any purchase if necessary. In the event, the projector we got was perfect for the job. It also got to us very quickly. Cannot fault this company at all.

Excellent price vs competitors but unable to fulfil order as it was the last one on system and they could not find it in the warehouse. However very prompt at telling me this, suggested alternatives (which unfortunately I did not want) and refunded quickly.

I needed a projector for giving wildlife photographic slide shows with birdsong included, and the Epson projector is ideal. It is easy to set up and connect to the laptop, very bright and sharp and the sound is more than adequate.

The ordering was easy and delivery very prompt.

Excellent service, helped me decide on projector and screen through the Chat and it turned up very quickly in time for my meeting.

Peter was informative and supportive throughout.

Sales process was smooth and delivery was quick. Customer service after purchase was extremely poor. I had spent over £6k on projectors and they refused to accept a return of one to swap for another unit, even if I paid postage costs. Seems you get good sales service and nothing else.

*UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE* I have removed my comment that emails were repeatedly ignored. One email was ignored 6 days ago and I had to chase through online agent.

You are correct in saying that I wrote the review because you refused to accept the return or swap of a product I had purchased 5 days previous. This, in my opinion, is poor customer service and had I not been a business purchaser my rights would have been different.

Delivery and packing was Ist class which kept the screen in perfect condition.
Instructions where clear and I installed the screen quickly and easily with the help of one other person. The finished job looks clean and smart and works perfectly.
I will be pleased to recommend Just Projectors to anybody.
