Nicci and Prolific mortgage finance were excellent throughout the entire re-mortgaging process. It was a particularly difficult renewal and the patience, service and end result was excellent and all due to Prolific. Highly recommend.

This year we met Nicci Pegg and she arranged two mortgages for us, one of which was a buy-to-let (a first for us). The whole process was made extraordinarily easy for myself & my partner, as Nicci guided us on what our options were, where the best value lay, and how to proceed in the most efficient way possible.

Once you have gathered all the personal docs required, Nicci literally does the rest whilst keeping you constantly updated throughout the process. Important to me was that whenever i needed a response from Nicci, i was contacted swiftly and did not have to chase. An abiding memory was also that when we were about to push the button on a buy-to-let quote, Nicci flagged a new offer which was of far better value to us, proving that she was looking out for offers until the very last moment.

Consistently inventive and proactive in their approach

Prolific have managed 3 mortgage applications for us and I would highly recommend their services. The team are always quick to respond to issues or available for advice. I have also found the process of applying for a mortgage far more straightforward when compared to dealing directly with a bank.
