I am the owner of a very small company, me, my computer, work out of my home. I have shied away from using credit card payment for several years. Too complicated! Ewan Sellars at ProMerchant has made it very easy. Wish I had found them sooner.

CASSIE!!! I have to say this experience switching to Pro-Merchant has been really easy breezy! Thanks to Cas, we were able to log in to payments hub and have the readers quick and easy to use. Garden State Irrigation are set with a company for a long period and we know choosing pro-merchant was going to be long term. CJ Logan was absolutely incredible! He followed up every time exactly when he said he would. This is my first time opening any kind of business account and he walked me through every step. I was able to take credit card transactions in no time!!

Hannah did a great job on helping me switch over to ProMerchant . I was hesitant at first , but I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them …. She was very good at assisting me when I did receive my machine and hooked me up with technical support ….so far I am please . Thank you Hannah

We signed up for merchant services and just started using the payment device. So far it is a very pleasant experience. Matthew is very responsive and ready to answer any questions.

I honestly just can't believe the amazing customer service this company has . Hannah went beyond explaining every little question I had. She was very professinal and personable . First time with any company I didn't have to deal with a robot or number pushing or waiting. The process was quick and easy . Anytime I have a question or a problem they text or call me instantly.
