Vinny is very good at explaining how ProMerchant works and as a new business owner with no experience it is very appreciated. He has answered all of my questions in a timely manner and the system is easy to use. I'm very happy with my experience.

Ewan was a great representative to get our business started accepting credit cards. We got a cheaper rate and the funds were in the account the next business day. Easy to confirm your account. We can accept most credit cards and debit cards. Love the platform to send invoices too. The customers can give tips and save their info if preferred. Lots of options and safe banking experience. Highly recommend.

Sadly, I will never recommend this company. Make long story short, the sales rep (Tanner) is always reachable before purchase, and disappears right after you sign the contract. The promised charging percentage is totally different from the actual charges. They actually charged 30% of the total transaction. I contacted the customer services team with this issue with several phone calls, and each spent roughly 2 hours explaining my situation. They transferred me to several departments and were unable to solve or even provide a proper explanation to it. Then, I decided to close the service. A higher customer service leader named “Patrick” got in the line and promised he will explain the details of my statement, at the same time, he will waive all the monthly fees and charges as the issue was not solved. I give it a try, wait for another week, no call back or email. I left a voice message, no one answered again. Sadly, please do not trust any agents from this company. They sound nice, but never keep their problems. If a problem they are unable to solve, they will just leave you alone. They aren't worth even one star.

As a first time business owner and not knowing all that would intel for a website. Hannah showed great patience and gave a thorough explanation on Pro Merchant services. I could not have chosen a better person to help me. Even though I didn't understand a lot of it, she continues to show excellent customer service.

Morgan went out of his way to help me and ensure my payments went through correctly. Fantastic service.

Allen was honest genuine and straight forward. Other vendors were too pushy. He was helpful in the administrative process and always quick to respond. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Customer Beware. They will change your rates with no notice at all. They will claim it was the "processer's fault." Very untrustworthy company. Felt like they stole money right from my pocket. Great communication until there is an issue and then they do not get back in touch with you. Over $5,000 in extra fees were taken out of my bank account.

Great experience! I'm very new at this however, Colby Aiello helped me by being very informative, supportive and directed me through everything. He made it easy for me.

Hannah was very helpful with our application, answered all of our questions, and is quick to reply to our emails with any concerns. We will just have to see if 2 old people can manage this new technology.

I definitely recommend this company for credit card processing. If you are looking to start up a business and thinking to use Square, or Sum Up for business transactions I would suggest getting in touch with Alan Hatfield from Pro Merchant before you do that. As a new business owner I needed a way to charge patients, clients without a hassle and something easy for them and myself to navigate. Alan took the time on the phone with me to set this up and get it going on the day I needed to start business. Not only that but Alan is a phone call away. Any questions or concerns he is quick to respond. I highly recommend this company. I am so glad I chose ProMerchant.

We are still early in this whole startup process, but, so far, the assistance has been outstanding. The machine is exactly what I needed for my business. The rep has been helpful at every turn. We are eager to go forward and get operational. Very appreciative for the fast acceptance decision, also. Very professional all around.

He was readily available the three times I called him back with additional questions, and extremely responsive on email as well. I dealt with Alan Hatfield the experience was professional simple straightforward courteous and much more than I expected being a person who is not familiar with credit card processing Alan made it extremely simple to understand the fee structures were transparent and I felt like I knew what this was going to cost me and how to go about doing it because of him highly highly recommend
