I’m only going 2 stars bc I have not received the dress yet. I ordered in early March and haven’t received any kind of update unless I’ve reached out. I would
love to know if my dress will be here in time for prom! I’m just living on prayers that it will make it in time and it fits.

They do not offer refunds. We measured we took all the precautions we could the dress came ill-fitting a size up wouldn’t have done the trick. Don’t really have the time to be sending dresses back and forth. Just know it’s pretty risky to order here. Money wasted. The quality wasn’t what was expected either but we failed to read the part where there are no refunds on anything. So never ever ever ordering from this place again. Pretty furious after the “customer service” chat to be honest

PromGirl Return Policy Unacceptable
We received the dress from PromGirl; while the quality was acceptable, the fit was not as expected, and the dress shed excessively.
The return process has been challenging. Despite submitting a detailed inquiry, I received a generic response referencing a return policy that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Had it been clear that only exchanges or store credit were offered, I would not have placed the order.
Given the price point, over $200, a store credit is not a reasonable resolution. The dress is being returned, and this experience has led me to refrain from future purchases and to caution others unfamiliar with the site and its policies.

Be cautious about sizing and review the return policy
The dress arrived quickly and looked beautiful, but unfortunately it did not fit. I intentionally ordered two sizes up, and it was still much too small, suggesting the sizing runs significantly smaller than expected. I was unable to exchange it for a larger size because it was out of stock, and returning it wasn’t an option due to the store’s return policy. Unfortunately, I’m now stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit and cannot be refunded. Buyers should be cautious about sizing and review the return policy before purchasing.

Terrible Customer Service
They were very difficult to work with and had poor communication throughout the entire process. The dress I ordered didn’t fit, so I requested an exchange for a different size. I sent the dress back as instructed and was told they would send the new size once they received it, which seemed reasonable.
However, without notifying me, they switched my exchange to store credit instead of sending the replacement dress. I was expecting a simple exchange, not to have to reorder it myself. When I reached out to ask why this happened, they blamed me and said I didn’t follow the exchange process—even though I did everything they asked.
It’s very upsetting to spend so much money and receive such poor customer service. I also find it odd that they don’t offer refunds, only store credit, especially for something like a dress that may not fit.
Overall, I’m very disappointed. This was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company.

Buyers beware
Not sure how they got such good reviews. I will never buy from the store again!. I think the dress we ordered was a knock off and not the actual design name. It looked nothing like the dresses from that company we saw in the store. Make sure to read the return policy. Even if you pay extra, it is only for the box and they will not refund. Wasted our money for a dress that nobody wants.
