I was frustrated at first because their return policy is garbage because you have to call to see if they’ll return it. I only received in store credit and had to be just good with that. After I returned it, I received an email that it had make-up and food on it and they would accept the return. I didn’t even put this dress on fully because I didn’t like it. I immediately put it back in the bag and box and returned it the next day. They can’t even prove this is the dress I had returned. I am beyond disgusted with this company and would never recommend them.

I ordered a dress for my daughter. The dress arrived in good condition, but once she put the dress on and wore it for about an hour and a half, it started falling apart. The side had a hole, the pocket had a hole, and the waist had a hole. When trying to exchange or get a refund on this dress, I was told no. I don't know how they expect me to know it's going to rip apart prior to my daughter wearing it. I would not recommend to anyone, you'd have better luck getting a higher quality dress from even Temu or Amazon. This company is a scam.

My daughter tried on a Ladavine dress J871 at a boutique for the junior prom but they didn’t have her size. We decided to order through Prom Girl due to good reviews. We were able to save over $100. When the dress arrived, it was perfect! It was packaged well on arrival. I trust Prom Girl and would highly recommend.

We were able to purchase the exact dress, that we had tried on in person, from PromGirl and the fit was exactly as expected. We would purchase again when needed.

Dress was in perfect condition. It was packaged carefully for shipping and arrived without a single wrinkle. I was really impressed. We tried on this dress in another color at a store, so we knew exactly what to order. No guess work on size. Price was lower than retail store, but after shipping fees, essentially the same. Very happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to order from this site again.

The dress fit perfectly—exclactly like the chart. Ive had bad experiences before so I was worried at first, but it was perfect. The dress was cheap but it doesn't show. It's absolutely beautiful and I'm so excited to wear it.

I Love the dresses from Prom Girl material is great and shipping is fast. This is my fourth purchase and Love it. The only thing that would be great is accepting returns. I went with the size chart but the-dress was still big on me. Had to get it fixed and cost me more. The quality of the dresses is great and I would recommend Prom Girl.

The second dress we ordered is beautiful and of great quality. Their customer support team is amazing; they promptly took care of my return. Since I was worried about ordering two dresses and worried about having two dresses in store credit, they refunded me the first one, and I kept the second one.

I had a very disappointing experience with PromGirl. I ordered two dresses, both of which were marked as non-returnable. When they arrived, one looked nothing like the picture, and the other had a hole in it. To make matters worse, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I requested a replacement and provided all the necessary pictures, but they refused to send a replacement until they received the return. I explained that I needed the dress for an upcoming event and asked for a return label so I could send it back promptly. They informed me they didn't have a return label and would notify me when they did. To top it off, they suggested I pay for a new dress and cover shipping costs, despite the issues with my order. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will definitely not be buying from PromGirl again. Terrible service and quality!

I love shopping at PromGirl. All the dresses I have received have been so high quality and amazing. After discovering PromGirl, I haven’t shop anywhere else. Will continue to shop here!
