Fast turnaround, fantastic customer service, great product
Fast, competent customer service and a great product for the price.
Igdali called me to ensure my order got pushed through before they had a temporary break in production and I received my printed flag maybe 10 days after. He even helped me correct some mistakes in my design that I didn't notice. The colors turned out just as I expected and the flag looks to be the quality that the website advertised. Not sure I will ever need a flag printed again, but if so, I'll be coming back here.

grommets were not where I expected
grommets were not where I expected. Was expecting them on the top like in the photo I sent, not on the side. Other than that, it was perfect.

Upon the review of the final design that was approved, the three grommets were shown to be on the left hand side of the flag (as is standard with any flag). We apologize the grommets were not in the area you expected. Upon looking at the designer's emails we did not see a request for grommets on the top of the flag. If the request would have been received we would of been more than happy to comply.

I write this review from the prospective of a designer. So I came to this company with my design ready to print. I also have experience dealing with many printers as we print work for clients. TLDR: I am not a basic user who has no idea about design or the process of talking to a 'printer'.
That being said — read this. THIS COMPANY EDITS YOUR PROOF to literally include their website for promotion. Is it large? No. But they are literally editing your file to include their free promotion. Unprofessional. And honestly, unheard of. I would steer clear. I emailed them about this as i was shocked (understatement). Their response was "well, you approved the proof". I looked back at the proof they sent and in size like 5px font they included their website. Shocking that there was no level of apologizing.
Sad too, because I did my research. They are not a cheap printer either. I wanted a quality product.
2 stars. I would give 1 but the product is well made.
