I ordered four of the 17' doublesided feather signs for festival parking. Igdali was extremely helpful. Mine design was done in no time flat and the order arrived so quickly! We were so excited when they got here that we installed one early just for fun. Super well made. It looks like it will last several years. PS their prices were less than others too!

The turn around was great on a rush order even with the current issue with shipping materials. The feather flags looked awesome and really enhanced the start line for our races. Igdali and his team know what they are doing. The quality of my purchases are superb. There are no compromises here for quality. Very communicative, always updating me on the status of my purchase from the design stage to product completion and shipping. They care about what I wanted and what I would be happy with. I had a lot of input and opinions on what I like, and they made it happen. They even color matched and made a custom color for me! These guys were AMAZING! First, the pricing was really good when you compare to other companies. Second, the quality was better than I had expected. Where these guys really knocked it out of the park - CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took my mediocre design and took it to the next level. My designer was readily accessible and was open to my ideas and helped me make them a reality. He treated me like a good friend and not a customer. So much so, if he weren't 1,000 miles away, I'd invite him to my next cook out. This particular project was 17 feather flags to celebrate the seniors on the soccer team. He took great care to make the design and get the order finished as if it were his kids on the flags. My only regret was not ordering an extra pole set or two. I know with the constant up and down of 17 flags over the season I am sure to step on one and break it or abuse it in some other way. Great job Promotional Signs and I.G.(designer). Words cannot express how happy I am with the flags and how happy you have made our seniors.
