I was originally asked by the company to write a positive review after purchasing one product as the customer service manager would receive a reward if his name was mentioned.

After using company multiple times I would no longer use their products.

We needed some items by a due date and were guaranteed that we would receive in time. They were not delivered in time, we were advised in writing that the error was in their factory for writing down the wrong date. When we disputed the invoice we were told it was a shipping error and they cant control shipping.

Terrible service would not use again.

Carla and the team at Promotion Products were amazing to work with! The service was fast and easy, and they were able to help make our merchandise vision come to life.

I contacted Promotion Products chasing some customised keyrings. Emma helpd me with the design process which was a great help as i would have had it wrong otherwise. There was a slight delay in getting the goods dispatched but Emma kept me informed so it was never an issue. Keyrings arrived and they looked better than expected. Ill definitely use this company again.

Promotion Products is our go to for branded products. We are an Independent Optometry practice, we give our patients a branded note pad and pen with our logo when they collect their glasses, and our patients love them. We have also had branded Hand Sanitiser, Umbrella's and drink bottles. We have built a great relationship with Lauren, she understands our branding and recommends the perfect products that suit our business needs. Turn around time is very quick and the products that we have received are of great quality. I couldn't recommend Promotion Products highly enough!
