The tests arrived in good shape, but unfortunately not before we had to leave for our trip. The tests were ordered on a Sunday, and did not arrive until Friday the same week. Be advised that the packages are shipped FedEx GROUND from Calgary, where time in transit to the east can be upwards of 5 days. An air shipping option would be nice. I was unable to use the tests on our trip, and with the announcement of the ending of the RAT testing requirement as of April 1, these tests are useless to me now. Live and learn, I guess.

BEWARE!!! This test did NOT allow us entry from the US to Canada. Not legit. We will see if they refund us. We’re almost fined$5000 US. Had to take another test.

Bought 8 tests about 5 days ago. The tests arrived in 3 days which is good. The bad thing is I should have done more research to see if these tests are valid for entry to Hawaii. Hawaii has different entry requirements than the rest of the USA. These tests are NOT part of the list of trusted partners for Hawaii. I emailed the company to ask if the tests will be accepted. Their response was that clients have used them to enter Hawaii but it is not guaranteed. In other words they are useless. How can you feel confident going on a trip when you may be denied boarding the airplane due to a test that is not accepted. I have since reached out again asking for a refund, but no response. When I initially looked at buying these tests I asked on the chat if they were good for travel to and from Hawaii from Canada. The person in the chat said Yes, however now it’s not guaranteed. Extremely frustrating and now we are out of pocket.

Not approved at Canadian land boarder. Thank goodness for me, my boarder guard didn’t care and let me on the way. I could have potentially been fined for incorrect/false testing.

We used this for our American Airlines flight from BC to Florida. Amazing price compared to other testing services. The testing process was smooth and easy. They had our results verified in under 5 minutes. Customer service was very helpful. 100% recommend!

Quick and easy to use. I’m from BC, used it to travel to the US. Took just over an hour to get swabbed and a signed certificate back through email.

I ordered 5 test kits online and it arrived by FEDEX after 3 days as promised. Took the tests with us when we cross the border and have done the test the morning we are returning to Canada. Easy step-by-step procedures after scanning the bar code. Certificates emailed to us in 15 mins. Printed the certificates at the hotel lobby and showed it to border officer and they accepted it. Highly recommended to friends.

we used the kits to go to Hawaii from Canada and bought extra to come back to Canada, it worked seamlessly! no problem at all, certificates was sent to us within 30 mins, and we did it on Saturday.

I travelled with a dance team I instruct (20 dancers aged 14-23, around 10 accompanying adults, all Canadian residents) and the tests were perfect for our re-entry via land border.

We ordered 2 per traveller in case we had to change plans during the trip. We were really nervous about going in the first place, and asked PoE a ton of questions. They promptly and honestly responded to everything we asked via chat or email; they helped us figure out a shipping plan to get the tests quickly and worked with our schedule to make sure our certificates would be processed at the right time during the trip.

The tests were simple enough for everyone to follow the instructions and receive their results with no kits wasted, and the certificates came in within 20-30 minutes for our entire group. Since many of the members did not have international data plans, a few of the adults used hotspots and there were no issues or data-heavy applications since it was all browser-based. The certificates were accepted with no issues by the border agents when we came back to Canada.

We would definitely recommend these kits to people traveling to the US, especially for short trips. We will be ordering more for our April competitions if the rules for re-entry don't change.

I noticed the office hours restrictions (verification of tests) for Sunday after I took my test and I panicked. But they responded instantly to my message and verified my test. Thank you!

Everything went has planned crossing the land border back into Canada. Would highly recommend until they get rid of the testing mandate.

I ordered 2 kits on a Friday night for a flight leaving the following Friday. I emailed their support team which estimated delivery for Thursday. The kits weren't processed/shipped until Monday afternoon, and arrived Friday at 4 pm, a full week later, after I already departed, so I basically wasted money. I don't understand how they can charge $24 for FedEx shipping but can't get a package to a house in downtown Toronto within a week. Canada Post isn't even that slow, and Amazon Prime would have had it to my house next day. Do these kits ship from within Canada? So if you're going to use this service, clearly you require a 7-10 day delivery clearance window, and they need to make this more transparent on their website. I gave 2 stars because they did actually respond to emails.
