After other disappointing agents , I have found a good company to manage my portfolio of 15 properties.
They understand my requirements, and explained in depth the new challenges facing landlords in 2026.
I used to manage my properties personally, however with all the new legislation, I feel confident that Property Stop can manage my portfolio to my satisfaction.

Tara, my allocated agent was professional , efficient, supportive and accessible. She exhibited such a high standard of customer services throughout my Tenancy timeline always being that first port of call to either deal with my enquiries or refer me to the correct department, Tara continued to support me beyond my exit in order to ensure my transition was as smooth possible. Her genuine endeavours to provide excellent care from the beginning to the end of my Tenancy and beyond was amazing.

A poor Company with poor staff have no time or patience for customers who struggle with paper work I am writing this review on behalf of someone who called up the company asking to book a viewing and they explained they have difficulty with spelling and asked for them to help over the phone and all they did was just tell them to find someone else to help and rushed them off the phone poor customer service don’t use this letting agents

The worst letting agents people and leave them un the the hand nasty landlords,
I took property from them in Rectory lane , in 2021 and they did-not mentioned me regarding they just trap people for letting and don't deal with that afterwards, I The place i rented was the most uncomfortable place with no privacy , the landlord lied in the first day of entering the house that they didnt received the money i have to put scam claim through that i got my money however now i am struggling to get my deposit of £950 pounds , when i emailed them they mentioned they cannot help ,image below for reference of conversation , I had the worst
experience and am very angry but grateful left that Nasty country . Please BEWARE and don't let through them specially in corner flats in rectory lane , looks good from outside no lifts and parking in the top the lady managing the property is a nasty person. Plus these agency supports. Save yourselves from all mental problems
