In March 2018 I was on the wrong end of a devastating flood to my flat in Colchester. As Property 360 had been involved in the reinstatement of other properties following a previous large water leak at the development they were introduced for their expertise. I’d never been involved in such a situation before and found Amir from Property 360 to be extremely knowledgable and compassionate to my needs. Even before the loss adjuster and Insurance Company awarded Property 360 the renovation contract Amir and Property 360 provided great assistance in terms of advice and practical help in clearing my property out. Once appointed to carry out the remedial works Amir provided a regular dialogue and it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for him or his company. The remedial works have been completed to an exceptionally high standard, with minimum fuss and regular communication updates from Amir. Throughout the works again Amir and his staff have been most accommodating and evidenced that nothing represents too much bother for them. I’m probably not the easiest of people to please but Amir and Property 360 have demonstrated that if you maintain an honest and good dialogue with your client and match this with great workmanship you’ll achieve great results. I can’t recommend Amir and Property 360 highly enough. Thank you guys!

Property 360 (P360) were involved from start (sourcing and containing the leak in the late hours) to what is nearing to be the end (reinstatement works to the damaged flats).

Its been a huge undertaking for all concerned (owners, agents and buildings insurance) but P360 have been magnificent in the dealings with all parties. Professional, flexible, responsive, a can do attitude, trust worthy, efficient, proficient.
These are just some of the superlatives Id use to describe the service from the team at P360. My biggest endorsement of the firm is that I continued to use them while I was the property manager. They had a track record of delivering or they'd advise what to do if the job was more complicated than first anticipated. I supposed that's all we want from our contractors, we all want trust. Trusting P360 is something I can highly recommend.

Amir and his team helped us with some carpentary work we needed for the flooring in our front room. They were very helpful, clear and knowledgeable. The job was done to an excellent standard. After our electrician cancelled last minute on a Friday Amir offered to step in and help. Within an hour we had an electrician on our door step who stayed until 11pm second fixing our kitchen. Not only was he cheaper than our original electrician he even tidied up!

Property 360 carried out the above work for us in March 216 and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided a complete service from consultation and advice on product choices, through to making good and after care visits. All trades were co-ordinated effectively and the standard of work carried out was of a very high quality. All personnel were professional, friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently ensuring minimum impact to us.

I had some work carried out at my new premises, and heard by word of mouth of property 360 being very good. I spoke to someone on the phone and I told them what I wanted done. They arranged a convenient time to pop over and view the work that needed to be carried out. They went away and to price up the work, and I received a phone call the very same day with a price. I agreed with the price and arranged a day where the work could be carried out. The workman arrived on time and was friendly, and checked to see what he had been told was what I wanted. After a few hours the work was completed and I was very happy with the work. The workman asked if everything was ok before he packed any tools away, which was nice to see. I then received a phone call the next day by a representative from the company, asking if I was happy with the work and the workman who carried out the work. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends, and no doubt be using them myself again.
