MID AFTERNOON ON THURSDAY OUR OVEN DIED WITH A CLATTERING OF A BROKEN FAN. ALL IT TOOK WAS A QUICK PHONE CALL TO AMIR AT PROPERTY 360 AND BY MIDDAY ON FRIDAY WE HAD A BRAND NEW OVEN IN PLACE WITH NO MESS AND ABSOLUTELY NO FUSS.

Property360 are a fantastic company. They made everything really simple easy to understand and were highly efficient. As three young adults going into a rental property having no experience with this, they took time with us to talk us through each stage and ensured we understood every step along the way and didn't in any way pressure us into anything.
When moving out time came around once again they were very helpful and let us know with plenty of time for any property viewings and exactly how the moving out system worked and what had to be done by when.
Overall they provided us with a personal flexible informative and absolutely fantastic service!

'After searching 'Check a Trade' and having numerous failed meetings with builders, we came across Property360. We needed an 18m fence installed and various trees and shrubs removed from our garden. Having explained our situation, Property360 agreed to inspect and arrange builders in order to complete the job with in our time scale. We had a very reasonable quote returned, which we accepted. The tradesmen that came around were very polite and thorough, the work was completed to a very high standard and our garden was left clean and tidy. The builders dealt with any issues that came up directly with Amir back at their office.

We're so pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property360 to other people. We will definitely be using them again.'very

Property360 are great and I highly recommend them. They found me a tenant, carried out all the checks and settled my tenant in. They are professional and prompt with nothing being too much trouble. Everything has been taken care of including finding a reputable trades man for servicing the boiler and a gardener to maintain the outside of my property.
