The pricing seemed fair compared to others, and the report was delivered on time. However, while the experience was satisfactory, it didn't stand out enough for me to fully recommend it. A solid option, but room for improvement.

Firstly Shah was of great help to me by explaining the process and since it was urgent he had to go an extra mile by booking an appointment for me on Sunday since I needed it by Wednesday and behold by tueday morning the report was ready .
And he gave me advice on how I could improve in certain aspects of the house which was really of help to me.
I won't hesitate to get back to them again in future.
I strongly recommend them to any boy who wish to get a housing report .

I would like to thank PropertyInspectionReportUK for providing me with a great professional service, I would throughly recommend them. I went into needing a property assessment report knowing nothing but they clearly explained the requirement’s of the process and made sure it was as quick and painless as possible.
