Perhaps you should have some replacement parts state side.

Bought a Proscenic M8 PRO to help dealing with a large dog and 2 cats that shed a lot. My only wish is that the robot could climb stairs and clean both floors of the house. Best purchase I've made in 2022. Had one small issue with the dust collector, tried the obvious off-and-on, tried searching online for a solution for it, and after that reached out to Proscenic. It took them a little bit to reply, but it was so worth the wait! As soon as they did, boomshakalaka and the robot is all good again. Couldn't be happier!

Bought the P11 cordless vacuum cleaner through Amazon but developed an issue with the battery. After contacting support and confirming the issue was with battery was told I would be shipped a new battery under warranty. Unfortunately for some reason Proscenic are not able to ship replacement batteries to Ireland which is disappointing as the ability to replace the battery was one reason I purchased it in the first place. However as compensation got a full refund for my purchase via Amazon

The customer service of this company is very efficient. There was a problem with the machine, so I contacted them. They replied to me immediately and tried their best to help me solve the problem. It is the best customer service I have ever had. Because of good customer service, I also have confidence in their products. Highly recommend.

Had issues with linking my A9 air purifier to my 2.4ghz wireless network.

David from the online support team, diligently took me through various problem solving avenues until we fixed it: uninstall and allow all app access upon it requesting.

Happy with the air purifier so far, albeit still very new.

Excellent product, especially having already had the previous model (T21). Really easy to use both on the machine and using the phone app. It sends notifications to your phone for when the food needs turned or given a shake and when it is finished.

The food tastes wonderful when done.

Customer service has been super throughout so if you have any issues just send an email.

The only thing I found with it, the cooking tray warps slightly after the recommended first heating before first use but after it cooled and was washed went back to normal.

I had a problem with the robot and Kevin quickly helped. Problem fixed. Thank you!

I had many problems to connect my robot to my home Wi Fi (my fault) the online assistance did an impressive job following me step by step for hours, at the end my robot was fully working and connected! This is an amazing assistance service, they answer in a short time and they are really helpful and patient.

I had Some problems with my new Proscenic vacuüm cleaner bought from Amazon. I contacted the servicedesk of Proscenic and they were verry helpfull. Ultimately they even send me a new one!

I have now bought two of their robotic vacuum cleaners for my house and they both do their job really, really well. After 18 months one of them had an issue with its wheels and the company sent me a new one free of charge. Great customer service!

Proscenic has excellent, responsive customer service. They worked with us to fix the problem we were having with our vacuum. Customer service was quick and polite. Would highly recommend.
