I am writing this as a professional purchaser and I have to say that our experience with Proshop recent three months, when we actively started procuring from them, has been a very smooth and joyful journey!

As many other in the IT-business, we have chosen to move from Dustin, to Proshop as deliveries and invoicing process has been efficient and effective as they cater a big variety of offerings!

As a procurement specialist, I am looking forward meeting Proshop in coming procurement activities.

I have some conflicting emotions about this order. First package was lost somehow, and it was not good. However, I got good help from customer support, so I finally got my item in the second package.

This is blackmailing, fraud and stealing people money

Everything comes with a price, Proshop’s price is competitive, however service is not. I bought a quad pack of Tado thermostat, out of four, one stopped working. When I sent back the only one that was malfunctioning, they requested me to send all others that were fully functional in order to EVEN start testing the broken one, I tried to explain, but they said the rule is to send everything that is in original packet. To me it seemed like they were trying to make the claim harder, nevertheless, it is understandable that superior service should not be expected when paying lower price.

I've been a customer for a number of years and RECOMMEND Proshop!

I have printed some pictures, they are stunning high quality print outs. I am very much satisfied so far. It was easy to set up the printer.

after placing an order for a laptop that was listed as available with a delivery time of 2-4 business days, I received no order confirmation or any communication for over a week...when i reached out to them, they finally sent an order confirmation, and the laptop was dispatched a week later (it arrived after nearly three weeks since placing the order)

but what truly shocked me was the packaging, or NO PACKAGING...the laptop was shipped from Denmark to Sweden with no protective materials whatsoever...it was loose in the box that was larger than the laptop, causing it to shift and bang around during transit... there was no indication on the box (like a "fragile" sticker or anything) to show that it has delicate contents

this was absolutely unacceptable...whether the laptop is new or refurbished, it should be properly packaged and protected during shipping!

receiving a potentially damaged laptop defeats the purpose of purchasing one in the first place

I have had a great buying experience with Proshop. They dispatched the purchase quickly, and the customer support team was very helpful too.

I am definitely a returnering customer.

I get the electric scooter xiaomi mi pro 2 but unfortunately it only goes upto 20 kn while it says in the description 25km. I even doubt about the total milage it can give is not 45km as mentioned since the battery goes very fast. Within 2 days i even had my tyres punchured too😂. I wrote them on 23rd of june but still haven’t heard from them so idk if i should send it back and since i work untill 16:00 i wasn’t able to talk to them. I hope to call them tomorrow during my break.

99kr to send back something unused. I wouldn't have bought from this place if I knew it was based in Denmark. (Returning an item because it was of extremely low quality.)

I ordered a chair, having previously specified the delivery time. I waited almost two weeks. The chair was not shipped on time and the payment was returned to my account. I ordered a chair from another store, which immediately sent it to me on the same day. But the next day Proshop again took the money from my card without my consent. Now they are "preparing the goods for shipment", although I told them that I was canceling the order and still asking for the money to be returned to my account. It is not normal that they return money due to failure to meet delivery deadlines, and then write it off again whenever they want.
Addition. Three weeks have passed and I still have not received my money back. Now they blame Postnord for sending the package to the wrong address. Until the package is returned, they do not want to return the money. It is unknown how long this will continue.
Addition. Four weeks have passed and I still have not received my money back.

Addition. After six and half weeks I finally received my money back.

Everything is good. Order was sent at the same day in which I've ordered it even though that it was already afternoon. It took some time to deliver, but that's not anyhow fault of the shop. Great after purchase contact, additional mails with useful guide how to assemble PC parts. I really recommend that, surely will shop there again.
