Excellent; Easy to order, competitive price and packaging was top. Area of improvement is that you cannot see your order details (what hardware your custom order consist of) if you order a custom assembled pc.

They sent my steam iron with no protection. They only stuck the shipping lable on the original package with no extra wrapping. The item arrived damaged. It looked like the box had been chewed by a dog! Anyone knows that an item with a thin box should be put into another box!! and when I emailed them and showed pictures of damages, they just wrote some nonsense to me!

My name is Marek Piotrowski and I wanted to post my opinion on your FB but I did not find the possibility to create a new post so I am posting this way. I purchased a small BASEUS wheel pump compressor from your company in November 2023. The order and delivery went very smoothly and after a short time I received the shipment at the collection point in Malmo. The shipment arrived intact, after unpacking I read the instruction manual for this device and physically tested it on the wheel of my car. The compressor worked without any problems, everything was fine. This year, in March, I went to Warsaw and, unfortunately, already from one wheel I noticed a significant drop in pressure signaled in the vehicle information system. I decided to take advantage of the purchase and then it turned out that this device does not work. By itself, after connecting the 12V power supply from the car, this device does not turn on and no information is displayed. Such cases happen and no one has any control over it and I have no complaints about it either to PROSHOP, or to the manufacturer BASEUS. I reported this fact to PROSHOP as part of a complaint about this item with a request for a service address to send it for repair. After returning home to Malmo I received information to document this physical condition of this device. I took a photo and recorded a short clip of me trying to start the compressor. I sent it to the Company and here I experienced a shock. After a few hours, there is a message about acknowledging the complaint and deciding whether to wait for new goods or a refund. An hour of waiting and the decision is made to refund the entire amount paid and send a return invoice. This is my first purchase from this company, and I have been shopping online for several years, but I have never encountered such fast and courteous customer service. As a rule, in the case of complaints, there are always suspicions of a dishonest buyer and the extraction of undue money. Hence, my great appreciation to PROSHOP for their promptness and high level of trust for a buyer who has a problem with an equipment purchased from them. Contact with PROSHOP fast and factual, without unnecessary bureaucracy. In this whole story which I presented is not important the issue of refund, but the WAY in which PROSHOP company approached this problem and how they handled it, For this there is great respect for unknown to me on the other side of the people who handled this and admiration for such employees Therefore, with full confidence in this company PROSHOP recommend using their offers. I wish the company the best of luck in its business, and the employees a lot of health and success in their personal lives.

This is my second time buying fairly expensive electronic products. These guys at ProShop are fast at processing and delivery and accurate and committed on what they claim on their product page. Also they mostly have reasonably fair prices. I am happy with their service and wish them best of luck.

A 200kr item was received broken. It has been almost a month and the item is lying with the service center. It is so frustrating. Never again buying from them!

Proshop has a good selection of items, and the delivery option to one's doorstep is fast and low-cost, even if it's a fairly
large package (like a pile of three board games). I've shopped from them several times and have always been satisfied.
