I paid off my loan but they kept taking money
I organised for early repayment of my loan after refinancing with a bank. I paid the outstanding amount in full and provided remittance of that payment. I then asked for confirmation in writing that no further payments would be taken from my account, and was told that the direct debit would be cancelled. Despite this, funds continued to be deducted from my account. I contacted them and asked for the money to be returned, and even provided evidence via bank statement of the funds being removed from my account. However Prospa have said they cannot find the money and have not returned it.

When you understands business needs the quick and fast financial support from you is very much appreciated to continue doing business.. the cash flow injected is important
Since the moment I have in touch via social media I have been contacted and started liaising Lou Mose and he help the process very professionally and make it very smoothly and very fast. I have got the impression that the application was going to take ages to provide all the requeriments that any other financial institution requires and I was not expecting at all how fast the money was seating on my account without the hassle ... I can not be more thankful

Ripped off
I borrowed $75k on a 2 year loan from these guys and ended paying back over a $120k (60%) I’m going to make inquiries into this excessive amount in interest and fees
I did not miss one payment over two years and paid it back at over $1200 per week
THIS IS EXCESSIVE BY PROSPA

Second review on here after weeks of…
Second review on here after weeks of prospa not getting to the bottom of THEIR system error , or lack of staff training who knows , i never missed a payment (have bank to back me up) was reversing on prospas end and sitting who knows where, but magically a 8k lump sum from prospa got put in the account , got told an investagation was happening , yet they still charged me dishonour fees , when it was their system error , thousands to , am seeking legal advice and sort your workers out or your computers or something, no ones being held accountable but quick to blame me and charge me more even with bank back up , and 1 lady from prospa finally admitting it was on their end , but still have to pay the dishonour fees ??

Extremely high interest rates, not recommended.
I've given the company 2 stars as the communication from the loan officer was very good. However the rates they offer are out of this world. I was offered a business loan of $35k at 39% interest, I couldn't believe my eyes. Had I known that they are this much profit driven, I would never had applied in the first place. Waste of time.
