Do not work or contract for PSS
Worked for PSS for 2 days in London. There was no vetting or checking what tools I had, what I could do etc. They simply advised I would be paid per m2 of tiling work I complete. Arrived in London to a building side and other contractors, no attendance or introductions from PSS at all
I did 15m2 tiling in the 2 days. After leaving site with the work complete, I had no further communication from them and had to chase them for several days. After pestering their various channels of so called communications, I received an email to advise I will not be paid for the work I completed, in fact they have stated they will be charging me for further work required by another contractor.
Do not work for them! They are con artists, they make 1000’s pounds of big corporations and pay their tilers/ contractors pennies. Or in my case you don’t get paid at all!
