Store Manager Fahad is one of the best lads I have ever dealt with, he helped me with a brand new phone as well as offered me a full set up for the phone. Prices was really cheap as compare to other shops in town along with the best service. Thank You

Amazing service at the Chelmsford branch. Slight problem when iPad screen was first replaced but they remedied this as soon as I brought it to their attention with no additional cost to myself. Very impressed by the service and price offered.

Professional and dedicated service on repairing

Purchased a reconditioned iPhone from Chelmsford branch for a good price. Had some issues with the screen which has been replaced twice now. Cannot fault the service. Fadi and the team have been so helpful. Always listen and provide clear advice. Excellent customer service!

Giving one star as can't give zero. Knowing what i know now I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. Phone has been dodgy since I bought it for my Mother Christmas. Won't charge. I've sent it back and had it returned allegedly fixed. Same issue started again so I have returned to store recorded delivery to have this fixed or replace or my money back and now they are not answering my messages or calls. They now have my phone and won't reply to any correspondence technically this is theft...I am so disappointed I bought this as a gift for my elderly mother and I suppose I should have listened when people said if something feels too good to be true it usually is...I've had to go to Carphone Warehouse and buy a working phone but in the meantime this company now have my phone i purchased in good faith and haven't replied to my messages. Do not touch this company or you will regret it.....

This place is amazing!
They helped me sort my broken phone within 30 minutes and explained the details of what was best for me.

I went into O2 CHELMSFORD for some help with my phone, which was broken, service was awful no help, no customer service.
My husband and I went to imobile
What can I say they were so helpful, nothing too much trouble, My screen was broken on my phone, they gave me options but I purchased a new phone all my pics, apps everything was saved by them[which o2 said they couldn't do ]

Would give 0 stars but unfortunately can’t went to the shop and brought a 12 pro max for £400 brought it through Klarna as needed a phone but couldn’t afford it outright phone has had to have 3 new screens as keeps glitching when in today only for them to tell me it has water damage for last time I went there (didn’t get told this last time) they r now saying they can’t do anything about my phone I need a working phone due to health issues after telling them multiple times this phone isn’t in working order all I got was dirty looks and aggressive behaviour towards myself I told them I would put a bad review online due to this and they then banned me from the store DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP they are also robbing people blindly I could of gone to Facebook for this phone and got it cheaper (didn’t know this time of buying the phone in store) this phone was refurbished and is very bad quality doesn’t even work like a phone should

Was looking to buy another phone as my old one was on its way out. From the moment I stopped to look in the window to leaving the shop with my new phone the customer service was second to none. The manager Fahad gave me a good deal with case and screen protector included and set up my new phone which took him way less time that it would have for me! I found him and the other staff extremely polite, courteous and helpful. An example of great customer service which is quite often not the case always these days. 5/5 from me!!

These guys always seem to be recommended by the local mobile shops and I’ve just used them again via Vodafone’s referral (previously also via 02 and EE). They’re always so helpful and don’t rip you off with their prices. Very fair prices and efficient friendly staff.

Kharim at the Chelmsford branch was very helpful and courteous. He explained my options clearly, and it was a pleasure to do business with him. The repair to my mac was carried out in less than 48 hours. i couldn’t be more pleased.

Honestly, do not use this service made an order still haven’t received my phone. They told me it’s shipped, I asked for the tracking to track my order, just lies and lies and more lie's honestly don,t use.

I will be going in to there store to get my money back for sure.
