Brilliant Service
Brilliant Service, Went in to get my screen replaced as the Touch screen had stopped working. The guy had it for a few minutes gave it back and said all done!!!...Couldnt believe it as id tried everything!! I said how much and he said nothing!!! .... a proper life saver!!!...Ive used this store quite a few times and they have always done a great job!! but really appreciate the honesty showed this time around!!! ... Always recommend anyway but its another story to add in the recommendation!!!

Still have dodgy phone, no refund, really rude
Don't trust this company - their reply to my earlier comment is just rubbish - they sold me a phone with ghosting - did not welcome any complaint and tried to fob me off with inferior phone for same price. Had to take to Apple and get screen replaced - at a cost of over £250 pounds would never trust this company in Hemel rude and natsty

Great service.
I needed a new (recon.) phone in a hurry. After checking several outlets, I ended up at imobile in Hemel. I found them not only knowledgeable and pleasant but very helpful. I made a good purchase (a recon. Samsung A01 CORE) and received excellent follow-up support. In a sector not always noted for clarity and listening, the staff were outstanding. Thank you.
