Still no joy on getting the firewall pro to work ,I have given up on this , shame really as the products are very good I will simply wait until my subscription runs it's course and decide what I shall do at that time.

I was having a problem with installing one of their products. It was complicated, unusual and difficult to fix. Their tech team worked on it for a couple of days. They were able to eliminate the problem completely. They were very professional and responsive. Thank you to their great team.

Having installed the firewall pro weeks ago I am still unable to use the service ,I finally received a reply from Protect star giving instructions as to how to get the thing to work , everything went ok until I was prompted to put in my password ,this was rejected as being wrong , just how this came about id s mystery as I installed the password be from my PW manager , I then sent them a request as to how to change my password , the result? Nothing , no reply , nothing at all , arrogant is not the word for this company , as a customer my wish was to use the product I paid for , perhaps the best route is to try another company , maybe they will answer my questions .

Great company and attitude, communication with customers... I have 4 Android products from the company and they are great... I recommend the Protecstar company and its products to everyone...

I paid Protectstar for their iShredder Mac software. They acknowledged my order and my payment but never sent the activation code or download link. I contacted their so-called 24/7 support multiple times and emailed them three times—no response whatsoever. Not even an auto-reply.

They took my money and delivered nothing.

I use their iShredder on my iMac to securely delete my photos and destroy my old iPhones when I sell them. I feel confident that my data cannot be recovered. When I switched from my old Macbook to the iMac, the friendly support helped me transfer the license. I highly recommend Protectstar's products.
