We have been buying from PP&M for several years because of their stocks of sugar free or low sugar products with protein. Their prices are competitive, often lower than others. There is plenty product variety, however, buy it when you see it since stock can run out or discontinued quickly. Discounts are available through their brownie point scheme which is free. Items are always well packaged and delivery is super quick. When the very occasional issue has arisen, communications was easy with resolutions quick and beyond satisfactory. Their customer service is second to none and a role model for other businesses.

Tastes amazing, lovely freebies, quick delivery, will definitely order again

I was looking for a specific protein bar and this company claimed to sell it, I made a small order just to "test the waters". I ordered on the 28th of February and it arrived a few days later. It was packed well and in good condition upon receiving it. Quite happy with the experience and will likely be ordering again in the future.

Brilliant company, if I could give more stars I could. Always quick to dispatch, great prices and fantastic customer service. A massive shoutout to Milli on support who is just wonderful!

Never write reviews but had to come on to say great stuff here.
Was ordering a tub of BCAA+EAA and got the wrong flavour. Emailed them and they got it sorted really quickly. Lovely customer service.

Shipping only took 2 days from UK-IRL.
Customs were expensive BUT that’s not their fault.

Great range of supplements. Will 100% order again as RYSE is my favourite US supplement.

Always exceptional and friendly customer service. Great selection and speedy shipping. Definitely recommend.

I’m experiencing an issue with a big online retailer at the moment and have resorted to Trustpilot in the hope that it will prompt them to do something about it. It made me realise I don’t post enough about the good guys!

I’ve been a Protein Pick & Mix customer for years and they are consistently BRILLIANT! They stock the best snacks, fulfil orders quickly and send them well packaged and on the very odd occasion something has gone wrong (usually the courier’s fault) their customer service has been second to none. I’m a very happy customer :)

Great shop, always a pleasure and never any issues, sometimes when you buy protein from a warehouse that have not been stored corrected you get seal issues but never had the issue here and I am a long time customer. Also has the best customer service teams in the industry friendly and helpful.

Bought Whey Protein recently. Flavour was horrid, left a review after, thinking it would be posted. But it wasn't, then asked them about it on Q&A, was ignored.
Dishonest approach.
This was resolved by the company and review has been posted.

Have shopped with Protein pick n mix twice and couldn’t be happier. Products at a good price that I can’t find elsewhere and on standard delivery the items have arrived next day both times.

Wow do they have the best customer service ever! Problem getting my order (delivery service/pick-up place fault) and they were so helpful, such quick responses, keeping me updated, communicating with other services for me, and very quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement with freebies, not to mention they generally give little extra goodies too. My Heart is warmed by how incredible my experience was, such a rarity now and it is so appreciated. Delivery is fast too! Everything is amazing about this company highly recommend. I've been ordering them for a few nowd and they've always been great.

Excellent experience; bright, colourful, friendly, easy to use site. Easy to order, and great to have DPD option. Great range of protein bars/drinks, and free gift over e.g. £65 order is nice. Quick delivery, well packaged. Very glad to have found Proteinpickandmix. A++++

I shopped with them for a year. I was happy until they sold me a very overpriced cereal for £8.00 which was inedible. Not because it was out of date or a dodgy batch, purely because it was tasteless and not well made. They didn't take responsibility and didn't offer up a solution, instead told me to write to the cereal brand itself and leave my complaint with them. Was disappointed with the customer service because their delivery was always fast. I won't shop with them anymore because I can't rely on the quality of product and sadly they don't listen to their customers.
