I shopped with them for a year. I was happy until they sold me a very overpriced cereal for £8.00 which was inedible. Not because it was out of date or a dodgy batch, purely because it was tasteless and not well made. They didn't take responsibility and didn't offer up a solution, instead told me to write to the cereal brand itself and leave my complaint with them. Was disappointed with the customer service because their delivery was always fast. I won't shop with them anymore because I can't rely on the quality of product and sadly they don't listen to their customers.

I love protein pick and mix, they offer such a wide variety of items and gives you the option to just buy single products. For me, I don’t want to invest in a full box of bars because I get bored of the flavour and I don’t want to buy a box of something I haven’t tried. They also offer you a discount if you review the products.

Their delivery service is amazing. I always receive my products very quickly and often the next day. My items are packaged well.

My only bug bear is that the prices are marked more expensive then supermarkets and other websites. But it offers you a lot of products and a fast, reliable service. So it’s the price you pay really! Highly recommend.

I ordered from this site when searching my favourite brand of protein bars and milkshakes (Barebells). I was impressed with the selection, price and also the reviews when I checked them out on here. I made my order which was despatched same day, but unfortunately held up by the shipping company. I emailed Proteinpickandmix to see if they could help and they replied within the hour and went above and beyond to sort my order, it was sorted straight away. Will definitely be ordering again :)

I am not one to write reviews but the customer service I have experienced here was sensational, genuine and went above and beyond to help out. Will order from them again.

Due to not having quite the right number of items required in my order, I received a personalised written message with my order to tell me that I had been given two different products as substitutes and been refunded the amount of the original two items for my inconvenience. The error was clearly highlighted on my order, I received the refund without having to make a request myself, and I was given the substituted items for free. This act was greatly appreciated and added a level of personal touch that shows a lot about the great values of this company.

My order dispatched an hour after purchase and arrived the following morning - super quick service, great selection of products online. Would recommend.

Absolutely love this shop - I couldn't ask for a better service. Shipment is very fast and they have a great selection of products. Probably one of the best online services end to end I've had!

Wide range of products, at average prices. Delivered fast and packaged well. Overall, great experience. Ordered a product that is £60 on other sites and is very rare in the UK.

Bad bad company. I didn’t even want to rate them any stars at all. When u spend over £60. On protein bars for a present for someone and every one my friend Received was smashed up, squashed and broken& when I contacted them about it they said they can’t offer a refund as the bars are still edible even though squashed. Disgraceful attitude & I will never spend another penny on there website again. Oh and also I bought my friend some toasted muffin they was mouldy too. That’s the only thing they refunded me on.

Great selection and easy to use site. Extremely quick service! I ordered mid morning Wednesday and picked standard shipping and my goodies arrived the following afternoon! Very impressed and will definitely use again

The best company to order from. Delivery is insanely quick! One time I ordered at 1:30pm for standard delivery and my parcel arrived the next day before 12noon! The customer service is excellent! They respond to emails quickly, instagram messages and have a very personable touch to everything they do. I recommend this company to everyone! They are brilliant!

Just placed an order for 71(!!!) different items and 30 minutes later I got an email that it was shipped of. Ninja service 😁 love it!
Oh and their recommendations via email are food to, just overall an awesome customer service.

Sport on service everytime! I've rarely had a problem, and on the odd occasion I have, the company made up for it straight away.

Wish they had their Facebook page running after working hours, but other than that, brilliant!

Excellent service - fast delivery, best rates, and outstanding customer service - they immediately contacted me when they sold out of something in my order, giving me a free replacement, refunding me, AND a discount on my next order.
I've never encountered any problem with expiration dates.

Awful AVOID never buying of this site again they put stickers over the date as to conceal the fact they were out of date in a week bought alot aswell.

Emailed them several times about stale products and received no response from them. Shocking!

Fast shipping, great packaging, all product always seem fresh (and yes, even things like protein bars can get stale). I just wish the limit for free shipping was lower - right now it's £50, but £30 would be a great improvement and would make this store more competitive with sites like amazon.
