Awful
I have used protein world for years and never had any issues. This time I received my order of whey protein and it isn’t mixing with any liquids. I emailed in and got a response to send the batch code. I gave them what they asked for and showed them pictures that showed the protein was just foaming up like washing up liquid. It has been 2 weeks and I have not had a response after numerous follow up emails. Also reached out on instagram but I do not get any responses. They have the worst customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone
Don't buy anything from this company
Don't buy anything from this company. They are dreadful. You wait ages for delivery and they sent me a sample pot instead of the full sized item I paid for. They rarely respond to emails. Will never use again.
Still not received order, awful customer service.
I ordered 2 weeks ago and have not yet received my order. I emailed Customer Services for an update and was told there was a dealt due to 'overwhelming demand'. I replied asking if I could cancel the order as I can order similar products elsewhere and actually receive them! No response as of yet, will have to keep chasing.
I'm pleased that the company is doing so well and the cannot keep up with demand however after two weeks I would expect the items to at least have been posted!

I placed an order this morning and because of autofill on my work laptop the address entered was incorrect, I realised what had happened straight away and emailed the customer service email. I got no response, I then emailed the delivery email and messaged on IG. I got a reply via IG which I responded to then nothing. No way to get the order or to return it and still no response from customer service.
Great product
Great product. After trying other products. I decided to go back to the Superman blend as it was the only one for me. No issues with delivery no issues with response to emails. Product arrived within 3 days of ordering

Worst service ever! I have used Protein World for years and always ordered with confidence in the past. I made an order two weeks ago and they still haven’t even shipped my order despite there supposed to bring ‘3-7 working days delivery’. I’ve emailed asking for an update and no response. No one replying on social media DMs either. This company has massively gone downhill from the amazing store it used to be. Do not waste your money unless you want to risk not seeing your order!

I placed an order which say 3-7 working days. i emailed a few days prior to this to make sure everything was ok and on track. They replied with its 3-7 working days, fair enough. Time has lasped and i have no email with tracking or dispatch info, no telephone number to call and customer services don't reply to emails!! I have now disputed this payment with my bank in order to get my money back!! I used this brand 4 years ago after my daughter and it really worked in order to helping me lose 5 stone but no i can see how time changes things. Awful dragged out period that i could have gone and purchased from Protein Works instead!!!

I’ve used this company regularly over the past 5 years and the products were always brilliant and arrived quickly.
However, I ordered some products 6 days ago, using the 3-5day delivery and I’ve not heard a word. Products haven’t even been dispatched! I’ve emailed but not response!
No response from Customer Service
I enjoy their products but they never reply to any issues, multiple emails to all of the listed contact email addresses and tried contacting on instagram, but just absolute radio silence.

No one answering emails at all.
I have brought previously with no issues and loved there products. However I brought a few weeks ago and Nothing has ever been sent or delivered. I have had no replies to my numerous emails asking where my delivery is.
The lady doing the social media on Instagram even tried to get in through with customer service with no luck. I have now had to do a dispute via PayPal, as I am not paying for something I have not recieved.
I wouldn't even mind if it was delayed if they answered my emails

Non existent customer service
When things go fine, that's great. But when you have a problem, it's impossible to get it resolved.
There is no customer service phone number so all you can do is send constant emails and post on Instagram. Lesson learned, I won't be buying from any business without a contact number.

Have been a loyal customer with a reoccurring order for a good 2-3 years now. This month I have received one of my protein powders (should be two). Then two days later they took another payment from my account but a week later - no further product. Three emails later, no response! Raising the payment with my bank. Horrific customer service! Moving to another product from now on. Such a shame as really like their products. But I don’t like having money taken from my account for no product.
False advertising and appalling customer service
I used to really rate this company but now I don't. I live abroad and have used them many times as they deliver via DHL and it takes 3-7 days. Impressive, right? It was but apparently they've changed their delivery company and not bothered to update their website. As of today 11/10/23, they are still advertising that they use DHL and it takes 3-7 days. I ordered from them on 9th September and have repeatedly had to chase them for my £200 order. When I say 'chase', I mean try and contact someone on Instagram as emails gone unreplied to and there's no contact number. Eventually the package landed in my country around 6th October and when I went to collect it, Protein World had recalled it. Still no protein, still no contact (despite be assured that a member of management would call me) and still £200. If you're advertising something, you should be honouring it!
