Money robbing!!
Tried the month worth of slender stuff. Was awful so ended up getting rid. Didn’t realise I’d set up for it to be automatically sent out each month. Contacted them via email to try and cancel but was told to send straight back and attached the returns to the email. 6 weeks later and many emails and I am still nowhere near to a £40 runs and told they’ve never had it scanned back through their system so there’s nothing they can do! Hope my £40 is helping their company keep afloat rather than my family!! Disgusting!!!

Bought both the brownie mix and the cookie mix. I've never tasted anything so disgusting in my life. The brownies were all clumped together and very dense and the cookies didn't even spread on the baking tray and taste horrible.

Love the chocolate and mint flavour . Your protein shakes are so creamy and nice . Wonderful customer service too and keep it up 👍

Was due to get a delivery over a week ago due to a problem on dhls behalf i haven't seen my parcel, got in touch with the customer services who said I can't have a refund until dhl have brought the parcel back and dhl have advised this would not be for several weeks. Not happy and will never order from them again

To start with I really liked Proteinworld, especially the salted caramel vegan blend so I set up a subscription. However a few months in the tubs I received both had a weird rancid buttery taste and smell. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and arranged to send me a replacement the next day. But when this arrived it had the same rancid taste and smell! At this point I've given up, offered to send it back and asked for a refund... waiting for a response. I feel a bit stupid for trying proteinworld again because I'd already had a bad experience when I bought a flapjack that was visibly mouldy...

I have acquired two of their products, with the subscription.
I took only once and I had a very high blood pressure reaction (183 x 120) and couldn't take it anymore.
I have requested to cancel my subscription and they never had any interest and understanding that reason. I offered to request a letter from my doctor, they never said anything but was only worried about charging me the penalty for cancellation. Not even a discount or anything.
They are just interested in selling and not creating a relationship with their customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Bought a vegan protein shake mix on impulse in shop, wish I had read reviews first. Far too sweet with an unpleasant aftertaste, the product when mixed in a blender is a thin powdery liquid, not thick and creamy. The sweeteners have an undesirable laxative effect. I regret not buying my usual product, absolute waste of money.

Really disappointed tried over 6 times to buy the package with challenge 40 off it won’t let me order the package instead adds random stuff I don’t like an will only give me that option when I try edit it says code not accepted I don’t want my choice made for me I wanna eat the stuff I enjoy not stuff you’ve randomly selected even though I change the option at the beginning still adds the random selection to my basket stupid and won’t bother now if I can’t pick my own snacks Shakes & breakfasts like it says you can I don’t wanna purchase anything

I’ve used protein world three times to aid me in my weight loss journey. I lost 3 and a half stone using the slender blend package and can honestly say I couldn’t of done it without the shakes. The tablets are a hit and miss (I feel the hunger buster helped but not much else), they do curb your cravings and help reduce the temptation to snack but the shakes taste and are amazing! I have 2 shakes a day and a meal in the afternoon, I honestly can say I see results in a week if I’m on my strict clean diet & gym routine. I’ve tasted vanilla, chocolate and salted caramel, they’re all sweet but all really tasty. However, I don’t agree with them deleting bad reviews on the website as not every flavour tastes spectacular and people should be able to read other peoples experiences with them.

I order from protein world every few months and was very happy with the products and services until recently. I tried a few baking products that were awful, taste and texture - but one of them was far worse than any others. I normally never review products but this was so bad, and all the reviews were positive which as very confusing. So I decided to leave a 1 star review. PW deleted my review. And I tried again. And the same thing happened. Now I understand why all the reviews are good, and the products are terrible...they just delete bad reviews! This is completely dishonest and I have lost trust in this brand and advise others not to trust all the good reviews they see on their website.

I like the products but their website is terrible. A tiny login button you have to search for right at the bottom of the page?! Manage subscriptions is the worst part. You can't manage your subscriptions on the website. You need to email them EVERY TIME. And this can result in up to 5 days waiting to see if you can swap your vanilla porridge for a strawberry one. In the meantime, you've found another company who provides similar stuff and you choose to take your business there instead.

Used a code for discount on products not knowing I was subscribing to this product every month plus I never received first order , I recieved the second order thinking that it was the first just getting to me and another payment was then taken from my account and now another this is an absolute con no help from customer service said they would look in to this and have not heard a thing , would not recommend or use again

Whatever you do steer clear of the slender blend ‘peanut butter’ flavour. It’s is disgusting. I thought id switch it up a little and choose this flavour and it is vile. So much so I threw the bag out after trying to persist with it for a few days.
Since this I purchased the chocolate one as I thought this would curb my sweet craving. So far so good it’s that sweet I most definitely don’t want anything similar. Sometimes is far to sweet especially in the morning!

The chocolate flavour slender is just disgusting, chemical. I won't order this product anymore. Stop paying instagramer for lying about your brand !

Can not fault this brand at all! I ordered the slender 4 week plan and it arrived 3 days after! Everything was in the box correct and it all tastes amazing which obviously helps when on a diet! I am shocked at all the bad reviews on here as I had an amazing experience! The shake in vanilla ice cream is unreal!

I've been using PW products for years and there's been a couple of hits and misses but I never really felt inclined to write a bad review for the bad ones since the service and products were mostly fine.

Until I recently bought a new product that had mostly 3-4 star reviews on their website, after trying the product, it was one of the most vile things I've ever tasted and it actually made me physically sick (upset stomach and nausea), I still liked other products and was planning to continue buying the other ones, but decided to leave a 1-star review for the bad product. The bad review disappeared once the page was refreshed, I tried leaving it again a couple of days later, and again the 1-star review disappeared as soon as the page was refreshed. I decided to try and leave a 3-star review with the same comment to see if they were willingly erasing the bad reviews, and surprise, the 3-star wasn't automatically deleted.

It's so easy to have good reviews for all your products when you just automatically delete the bad ones, this is very misleading for customers and incredibly shady, making PW a very dishonest company that I will no longer use.

I was a fairly regular customer and used to buy their products every six weeks or so, however, this makes me completely lose trust in a company and will find an alternative product somewhere else from a less dodgy company that doesn't just ignore bad reviews and criticism.

I used protein world a few years ago go start off some weight loss. I loved it back then, it worked for me and I enjoyed the taste and ordered several tubs of it (vanilla and chocolate) I used to enjoy drinking them as the taste was pleasant.
I’ve just ordered the vanilla (ice cream) flavour to give me the boost and motivation during lockdown to lose a bit of weight and the taste is disgusting. They must have changed the recipe.
I will use it mixed in with smoothies now I’ve brought it as it is quite pricey, I won’t be buying it again.
But let’s face it, meal replacement shakes are never a good idea for weight loss anyway. You only end up putting the weight back on afterwards lol

Customer service is amazing.
Only a 4* because took 2 weeks to receive my order and then a couple of things were wrong however messaged on fb and they are replacing wrong / missing items and letting me keep the wrong item. Which I didn't expect!
Very quick with replying and very nice messages too :)
