Good products.
I had my products promptly after having my info from James himself. I phoned & emailed the company for this info.
The call handler could not give the info. So I emailed, I had a reply a few days later.
It was easier to order online , than speak to someone in the company. Apart from James who came back to me the same day.

I would have liked to have ordered over the phone, but I was told that special offers only applied if items were bought online.
However, my products came very quickly, and were exactly as I had ordered. Proto col products are good value and good quality, and I take them regularly.
