Positive experience with localization
Worked with Protranslate team for our ecommerce sites product translations and our contract translation. Everything sent pretty smooth. Fairly easy to use their website and panel. We will come back when we are ready to launch our German site as well.

Unprofessional translation, one page more than 3 mistakes. I had to ask them to correct the translation. They even translated the proper names when it should have been. Moreover, they lied they do the translation “Assermentées”.

Highly Recommend Against Using Pro Translate
I recently used Pro Translate to translate some medical documents from Portuguese to English. My experience was one of frustration and ultimately anger. Why?
1. Pro Translate's pricing is not transparent. My quote and Invoice were $100 less than I was charged on my credit card. When asked, they said I ordered extra services, which I was not aware of.
2. Pro Translate says they use professional translators. My documents clearly were at least partially done by AI. As a result, several medical terms and phrases were translated incorrectly.
3. Pro Translate says they employ a second level of quality assurance. Clearly not the case with my documents. When I received the "English translations," instead they were the original Portuguese documents I sent them initially.
4. I received a nasty email response from the company when I questioned their work, somehow blaming me for the problems.
I would never recommend Pro Translate to another user.

2- We are working with professional translators and have a robust quality assurance process. If there were errors in the translation, we deeply regret this and are committed to rectifying it. Certified translations are delivered with both the source and target documents in the same PDF file, which might have caused confusion if the original Portuguese documents were mistakenly viewed.
3- We aim to offer the greatest customer service, and we value your feedback. For a week, we have been attempting to contact you by phone and email, but we have not heard back. We would like to arrange a meeting with you, so please send an email to info@protranslate.net with your order ID, addressed to Mr. Hasan.

Refund issued to solve the problems
I had to go through multiple revisions, the quality of the translations was unacceptably poor - as a result, the website called me back and offered a full refund so the customer service took the issue seriously - which is good.

Below average translations for a above average price
It's sad to see that I know the language the documents are getting translated to, review the document from PROFESSIONAL TRANSLATORS, and find multiple errors on a 3-page job. For FIFTY Euros for three pages, while any online tool could've done it better (or even myself), but because of "Hey, it needs to be translated by a professional translator for us to accept it", I need to go back and forth with the company... Shame. I'm heavily disappointed in them. Don't trust this service completely. Always revise your work whenever possible. Their customer service team was proactive and helpful. Otherwise, this would've been a downright awful experience.
