Always excellent service
Always excellent service. 5 starts! Jason is always very supportive with providing the best service in Abingdon. The waiting area with the free coffee/hot chocolate is very comfortable when you decide (like me) to wait for your car. Very recommended!

The best garage in Abingdon bar none
Protyre once again made the usually anxiety-inducing service and MOT of my car an absolute breeze from start to finish. Cannot thank Jason and the team enough for keeping my car on the road, and doing so with the absolute platinum standard of customer service, courtesy and expertise. 5 stars aren't enough, should be 100.

Professional, Friendly & Reliable Service
This was my first time using Protyre Abingdon and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly, and extremely professional from start to finish. The service was efficient, well explained, and made me feel confident my car was in good hands. I’ll definitely be moving all my future car servicing to Protyre Abingdon and would highly recommend them.

Helpful staff.
Ordered tyres were there (not always the case with other companies) and work was started on time. Helpful staff - they managed to answer all my questions and kept me informed of progress. Clean waiting area with screens to see the workshop and free hot drinks.

Protyre are not competitive anymore
Well I was very pleased with the service l received then but that is not what l received 11 months later, l went on there website which requested Reg number which l gave and it came up with my wife's car details and offered me three choices of service which l selected one, so when l collected my wife's car which had just a service only, and not needed anything else doing to it, l was given an invoice to pay the actual service cost was 60% over what l was quoted, thankfully the manager came back a couple of days later and tried to explaine the problem with there website and gave me £50 off the service for my car which was still £22 more than last year with the £50 off, It pays to call Protyre to double check there quote. I was a bit confused as well that they Mot the vehicle before servicing the vehicle is that normal practice.
