Booked in for a full service - I didn’t catch the name of the chap on reception but he was very polite, welcoming and friendly. He kept me informed about the progress of the car and how long it would take and his interactions with other customers was just delightful. An absolute credit to the team.
I’ve only recently moved to the area and his customer service alone makes me want to use your company again.

I had a service and MOT, easy to book online ready to take my car when I arrived, reception was courteous and helpful, I had a telephone call for an advisory while waiting but decided to wait to have this done another day, they did not push me into having it done there and then and told me to call when I needed this doing. Collected on time. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you
