Great experience. Team here are super helpful and go over and above for the customers. Website is easy to navigate and booking is straight forward. Good to have somewhere local to take my car.

Went to get tyres for my mini a few…
Went to get tyres for my mini a few months ago
We’re having a refurbishment so a bit of a mish mash of where to go!
The woman I dealt with was very unfriendly and didn’t even crack a smile.
She told me I needed run flats after waiting an hr in the hot boring waiting area! So left got advice from my mechanic to be told no I didn’t need run flats ( money making ) I have always used protyre and not had an experience like this before! Brian and the other chap are brilliant and helpful
Would certainly check in future (if i use you again) to go when the woman is off.
She could have advised me that it is recommended to have run flats NOT allowed me to leave without an explanation!!! Rude. Not all driver knows the ins and outs of tyres her customer service takes a lot to be desired!

Told me to book and pay again for their mistake.
My husband booked my car in for a new front tyre. Dropped it off, to then find my traction control light and ABS light had come on, took it back and was told to book it back in and pay for it to be sorted. Apparently no one available to do in then and there, also didn’t want to pay for so thing they had done, tho members of staff playing in the open garage with the air compressors.
The only staff member that had gone out their way was Simon by helping me get the car back to me due to how long the tyre change took and having a school run todo.

Trustworthy and helpful
Trustworthy and helpful. I went for tyre and brakes check. Brakes were squealing a little some of the time. Had been told by another company that I needed new brake discs and pads at a significant cost. Blandford Protyre advised that there was only slight scoring to the discs and a lot of wear left in the brakes given my low mileage, but they were dry and needed cleaning and regreasing, then an annual check. They showed me the brakes to confirm I was happy for them to carry out the work. Staff were very friendly and informative. Would definitely go there again.
