I have used Protyre Blandford for a long time, never a problem, nice staff and recently have done up the waiting room and ungraded their coffee machine which makes super coffee and is complementary, what is there not to like

Friendly, knowledgeable counter staff. Skilled workshop staff. Never had a problem with the Blandford centre. Always charge for what you need not what they want you to buy. I will continue to use them in future.

Always rate a company on how they deal with a problem as and when it arises. For some reason tyres ordered on line took 3 attempts to get delivered. In this case Rob the manager of Protyre Blandford did his best to sort the problem thus retaining
me as a customer.

Good service fitted me in to replace my battery with the hour

As a new driver I was quite nervous taking my car to the shop, Brian and the garage were super helpful and sweet they made sure my car was quickly foxed before a long drive and explained everything that Wes needed/ had been done.

Nice new waiting room and , the new tyres on and tracking readjusted

I'm used to this place being friendly and customer-focused. What has gone wrong?
1 - I received a call asking me to move my appointment, because they like to run appts on the half hour (never mind the customer, I guess)
"How long will it take?"
"You have an hour slot" - not the answer to my question, so I'm now less inclined to help.
"I know I have an hour slot, but how long will it take"
"You have an hour slot"
"Sorry, I can't move the appointment" - If you had told me it would take half an hour, I could have helped.
"You can't move the appointment?"
"No"
"You can't move the appointment by half an hour?"
"No"
"Do you have a locking wheel nut?"
"yes"
"Can you put it somewhere easy to find?" - This felt like an odd question as I was driving my car to the garage.
"Yes"
"Can you put it somewhere easy to find?"
"I'll put it on the passenger seat"

I would have cancelled the order if I had time, you lost the aircon regas and MOT though.

I turned up at the garage and waited some time, without acknowledgement at the desk, until the person finished some paperwork, a few files, it looked like. But I was offered a coffee!

A chap from the garage was at the coffee machine, so I waited for him, and then another chap from the garage stepped in front of the coffee machine, so then I had to wait for him as well. The coffee machine had no milk, one sip and in the bin it went.

The tyres were replaced in half an hour (yes, really!) I'm yet to check the pressures, but I do wish I had taken videos of my wheels before the tyres were changed.

All the team in here look so thoroughly unhappy, and it feels like their unhappiness is reflected in the service I received, @ £330 for 2 tyres, I wasn't buying budget either.

You've lost a customer; I won't be back.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond with my coolant situation as well.

As always Brian and the gang at Protyre were extremely helpful. My car was booked in and had its tyres changed with minimal fuss and very promptly.
My go to garage for tyre replacement.

Staff were excellent and saved me £60 by repairing rather than replacing my tyre.

The gentleman who has worked on the customer service desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was very good but I noticed this gentleman helping a customer who was stranded.

I have replaced all 4 tyres, cost me £800, next day I travel to Germany I feel is something wrong I go to local garage, all of my tyres have unbalanced wheels very badly, this place is one big joke, never again

My issue was identified quickly, and the scheduling of a resolution was perfectly aligned to my availability.

Very clean and efficient, the coffee on tap is always a winner to.

defo recommend as they took time to assess not just the tyres i was buying but also the condition of the others and of the brakes ! which was reassuring.
