Great service as always at Protyre Eastquay. I arrived with a battery problem and even though they were really busy and running with two staff off, the manager was really positive and polite and soon got my battery replaced. Very good service, However very disappointed with the way in which what seemed to be the manager dealing with a staff member making a mistake this was very awkward and also not how people should be treated in a place work and to make it a audible and visible display for all to see was unacceptable, eveyone we dealt with in there was very helpful and seemed to have a good work ethic contrary to how the staff were being dealt with after a mistake

My air con was replaced efficiently and…
My air con was replaced efficiently and they even replaced 2 tyres for me that badly needed replacing . Even though I’d not booked in for that they found the time to do it and check the tracking also .
