booked in for noisey exhast flexi pipe…
booked in for noisey exhast flexi pipe after system replaced last september they found flexi pipe faulty centre box and tail box baffles faulty all replaced under gauentee on top of this lower engine mount faulty and front discs pads needed replacementall work done efficiently and at a reasonable cost well done to the staff that did the work

Noticed whilst driving to work that my…
Noticed whilst driving to work that my tyre was flat, this was the closest tyre place to me and I hadn’t made a booking, I chanced it as the only other option was the call the AA or attempt to chance the tyre myself, even though they were really busy and only take bookings the staff were really helpful in fitting me in, great service and thankful for their quickness in resolving for me so I could eventually get to work, albeit an hour or two late

Absolutely useless contact
Absolutely useless. Found this garage through FixMyCar. They offered the cheapest price so I contacted them on the 24th May to try and book my car in for regas. They asked for my information which I sent back. Heard nothing. Wrote to them again 28th May, no response. Phoned on the 1st June and was promised someone would phone me, nothing. Rang again afternoon of the 1st and was told again, someone would phone me. Phoned again the 2nd June and was told only the manager can book in air con as he's the only one that is actually licensed to do the job. The manager wasn't in. I expressed my frustration but they said he would call me. No contact. I've given up and booked into another garage that's actually closer. Wouldn't bother with this lot, they couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery.

Just plain experts always use you
Audi in for Gold service
Put my Audi in for Gold service. All done with regas and helpful advice to use aircon more for it to last longer.
A week later oil light came on. Took car straight back to the same garage. Looked at it straight away. A fault with part fitted during oil change.
Got new part straight away and replaced oil. Done with in 1 hour half. No charge.
Can’t fault service.

Turned up with a puncture without an appointment, seen in 30 minutes,tyre repaired and good to go. An hour in total. Good price too.

The service I received was excellent however
The service I received was excellent. Booking by phone was easy. My car was seen as soon as I arrived and the job was completed quickly. The only criticism I have is that whilst I was in the waiting room the lady on reception was berating a member of staff for not dealing with a customer correctly - I felt this was unprofessional and did not give a good impression.
