4 wheel alignment 3 visits 4 attempts?
4 wheel alignment booked on 8 December. After adjustment steering wheel off centre and L/R variances on settings.
Returned 15 December for correction of above issues. After further adjustment steering wheel still off centre with FNS setting in red zone - outside tolerance.
Returned 18 December for further correction. Steering issue now corrected but RNS setting in red zone - adjustment rejected. After further attempt all settings in green zone with balanced variation from optimum and steering wheel centered correctly.
Summary - 3 visits, 4 attempts to achieve an acceptable result - UNacceptable
Customer waiting area is cold, outside door always open, although free hot beverages available. Uncomfortable waits!
Cannot recommend this business.
