Have my car mot at protyre every year, they always fit me in to a convinent date and time that suits me. All very friendly and efficient. Recently when my car wouldn't start I walked in and asked for help and they helped me, no quibbles. Amazing service cannot fault them!

Great new tyres! Great service!
This was the first time I've used Protyres Eastleigh and I highly recommend them!. Easy to use website to book a time, great deals and value on my new Tyres too! But Its the staff that make a business! Dan was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable! And the clean and smart mechanics who were quick and efficient, You can actually see them working on your car through a large window and CCTV!. Overall Very professional and I was very impressed!

Great service ,nice pleasant staff. They asked several times if I would like a drink. Next day I discovered one of my tyres had gone flat so I went straight down and they changed the tyre with no fuss and very apologetic.Ive used them for years and always pleased with the service they provide.

Complete lack of customer care and safety
I have nothing positive to say about my experience, I paid for 4 brand new tyres to be fitted to my car. Within a week, the two front tyres were as flat as a pancake. I was stranded in a carpark for 6 hrs until a mobile engineer came out to change the 2 tyres as RAC wouldn’t get to me until past midnight. I went back in to ProTyre to explain and they didn’t care at all. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the tyres or their service. They proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t have got ‘their’ tyres replaced…?? (How else was I going to drive an hour home cross country in the dark) and they weren’t taking responsibility for anything. Multiple times I asked ‘why have these brand new tyres deflated so quickly?’ and they couldn’t answer me. ProTyre have done nothing to remedy the situation. Now one of the back tyres is now deflating quickly for which I have had to manually inflate myself, several times. £600 I have spent on 6 new tyres and 3 of them are faulty. Never in my life have I had issues with my car tyres until my disappointing experience with ProTyre. I can’t go out in my car without checking the tyres now, and even then I have to question where and how far I can go in case something happens and I’m in the middle of nowhere. I need my car, and I want to be able to go out without thinking ‘what if something happens again’. ProTyre only seem to care about the money they make. No thought given to customer or car service and safety. No help given at all. The icing on the cake is that my neighbour went to the same ProTyre about something and witnessed another customer coming in with exactly the same issue I had. Sufficed to say he was out of there very quickly and will not return. End of the day I paid them to carry out a service and they failed. ProTyre have caused me to pay out more money to sort something they should have done right in the first place and the situation is still not fully rectified. Now I need to get someone independent to check my car and give me a full and clear explanation of what is wrong with my tyres/wheels before spending even more on sorting the problem. I will never go to a ProTyre ever again.
