Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Advised good timings as to when the car would be ready to collect after MOT and wheel alignment. Overall very happy with the service provided and was superb value for money too 👍🏻

I brought my car in for an MOT. Service was prompt and efficient. The tester even replaced a lost wheel nut before the test, making sure that it did not fail. I will certainly use them again.

First Class Service

On the verge of scrapping the car but they said put it through MOT (which we knew would fail) and then offered me a good deal to get the car back on the road, did al the work over a couple of days and it sailed through its re: MOT - good customer service

The reception team and manager are both calm and polite.

No indication of how long job would take left sat in reception waiting for completion. Had to return as there was an issue which resulted in vehicle needing to be recovered by breakdown service. Rectification work was carried out without question and satisfied with completed job although again no indication of time was given. A voucher for free mot was given as recompense

The staff member at the front of the shop was abrupt and unprofessional, and his manner suggested that my presence was an inconvenience. After waiting for my vehicle, I was informed that I was required to pay for a repair that had neither been discussed with me nor authorised in advance. When I asked for an explanation of the charges, he became defensive and threatened to undo the work, despite the fact that my visit was for a free check-up. This conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable.

I use these guys every year for my service and mot. This year i had a engine light come on. They did everything they could and more. They gave me the code that came up so i can source the right person for the job as they dont deal with the part that was showing. Even gave me a place to go to and offered to plug my car back in once its done to make sure its cleared 🙌

I went to the wrong garage but they soon sorted it and fitted me in for the m o t and service.i will be coming next year as usual
