Great wheel alignment experience

I visited Protyre for a pre-booked wheel alignment. They started work on the car as soon as I arrived, used seat covers to protect the interior, explained additional adjustments required in the rear and carried out the work in under an hour. They found one front tie rod end seized but were happy for me to take the car away, sort the issue myself and bring it back later that day for the alignment to be completed at no extra cost.

Seamless

Took about 2hrs 45 minutes. All good so far no complaints. Decent pricing.

Pre-booked Tyre ang MOT

Pre-booked Tyre fitted prior to MOT, all was done at the booking time (if not earlier). The MOT was thorough and manager clearly explained the MOT results to me. I have used Enfield Protyre for many years for replacement tyres. This is the first time for an MOT and definitely not the last. Very happy with the service.

I couldn't be happier!

OK... Five stars from me and very well deserved they are too. Asif was able to help me book my motorcycle tyre on line, when there was a problem with the system. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I arrived fifteen minutes early for my time slot and the tyre was fitted to my loose wheel straight away. I didn't get the name of the fitter, but he was very knowledgeable about motorcycles and was only too happy to give me some pointers on refitting my rear wheel. Top man. I will be very happy to recommend Protyre to my friends. Once again many thanks.

Excellent service

My motorcycle had suffered a puncture on the rear wheel caused by a nail that had gone through the tread but had also made a hole in the sidewall. Having removed the back wheel myself the Protyre motorcycle guy took the tyre off the wheel so that I could take it home to make a minor repair and repaint of the rim. The following day, the tyre (which I had ordered online) was delivered to Protyre and fitted. On collection I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the wheel and have subsequently been very impressed with the ride and handling quality of the tyre (Bridgestone Battlax BT46). I am a very satisfied customer and will return when the front tyre needs replacing.

Too many cars in the compound.

Too many cars in the compound.
Bin next to the drinks machine was overflowing.
Several ring marks on the coffee table.
Receptionist was not at all welcoming.

The staff member who worked on the car was helpful and explained the work carried out.
