Booked in for an air-con re-gas online. Qualified for a 25% discount using the code on their website. Got an appointment within the hour! Great service, as usual and Nikki on reception is brilliant and was good company whilst I waited!

I visited protyre Autocare in Faringdon…
I visited protyre Autocare in Faringdon and was greeted and made welcome by Liam. I told him i had a very flat near side rear tyre. He looked my car up and took my details .All very professional then took my car into the garage to repair the tyre. Other members of the team were also extremely helpful and very professional in their approach to the tyre issue. Highly recommend Protyre Faringdon for their professionalism and quickness in solving my tyre problem. Monday 2nd June was my first visit to this tyre centre they have now secured all my future business due to their ability to help and professionalism.

Good customer service and pricing
Friendly team and very competitively priced for my aircon recharge/regas after the A/C system failed in my EV
I had doubts over whether a regas would actually solve the issue (as opposed to a refrigerant leak or condenser failure) however they did their best to advise and in the end it turned out to be the correct course of action

Friendly and efficient
Waited for an MOT. Got there and in less than 5 minutes my car was in being tested. Waiting area available so stayed. Took half an hour and done! Really quick and convenient! Thanks very much!

Good deals, great service
Always easy to book, always friendly and always have the best deals on tyres! I’ve shopped around and used to travel miles to get a decent branded tyre for a reasonable price but ever since going to protyre in Faringdon it’s been I’ve been getting my tyres at a better cost and with an exception service. They are all legends and are so nice! Always super busy but that never stops them from providing a 5 star customer service.

Disappointed by the tester
The system for booking is great and the staff helpful. Having said that the gentleman who did the MOT decided to disconnect my safety camera and did not even let me know. Luckily I never had an issue before spotting it a couple of days later.
