Booked online months in advance. Turned up to find out no MOT technician working on that day. Had to rearrange for another time. Arrived and that booking was entered into system at different time I was told. Then had to wait 1.5hrs as technician on lunch. Should have been 45mins wait.

Fobbed Off
No complaints about the tyre fitting service. Had a problem with the drivers side wheel pulling the vehicle right. Went back and was fobbed off. "There wont be a problem with the tyre" I was told. Had'nt even seen it and give a load of guff about what it could be. The vehicle was perfectly fine when it went in. Wont be using them again
