Outstanding customer service!!
Whilst on route to Milton Keynes from Somerset, I had a puncture. Fortunately for me I was not too far from the Farringdon branch of Protyre. It was 6:30 in the morning so I waited outside the branch waiting for it to open. 30 minutes before it was due to open, a member of staff was spotted and I explained my situation. Without hesitation he understood my predicament and said he would do what he could to sort the tyre. This is exactly what they did and 15 minutes after the branch opened officially, I was on my way to my meeting in MK.
Can’t thank the team at Farringdon enough. Brilliant service with one very happy customer!

It was easy to find details of what tyre size my car was on the Protyre Site & purchase the tyres & book a fitting. The fitting was done at the correct time & didn't take long. The alignment check was discussed & the results explained to me.

My first visit. Friendly, efficient staff. I was confident I was getting a good deal. My main reason for being there was tyre purchase, but on asking about replacing dud sidelights the job (tricky on my car) was done with minimal fuss at a reasonable price

I popped into the office to make the booking in person; it was a quick and easy process.
On the day, I arrived and checked in the car. I waited whilst the work was being done. The technician showed me the initial results and described the needed adjustments. At the end the final results were shown to me and the paymen5 was made.

I booked to have two tyres fitted and arrived on time. The staff took the car immediately and said they’d be half an hour. I went for a walk and got a little shopping. By the time I got back they were nearly finished. I sat for five minutes in a clean well laid out customer waiting room and in no time they were done and put my car back onto the forecourt and gave me the keys.
Staff were friendly and polite and I got a good price on the tyres too.
This branch is so easy to get to and park.
Will definitely go back.

Nice friendly honest staff. Prices relatively cheaper than independent garages and service delivery is good too. Highly recommend using this garage.

Nicky greeted me on arrival and was very helpful. I explained that I'd recently had a bad experience with Kwik Fit, and she ensured that the Protyre fitter replaced my spare tyre under the car.

I used Protyre Faringdon to MOT my car. I’ve used them previously on my son’s vehicle for both MOT and maintenance. Gav, the assistant manager, is always friendly, polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or take my car to him in the future. Always happy to know he’s conducting the MOT or rectification work.
