MOT and work done without drama
MOT done at the agreed time, shock absorber needed replacing so a firm quote was provided and accepted and this done next working day. Can't fault them.

Very good quick fitting two front…
Very good quick fitting two front tyres, which were Bridgestone decent good tires for the Honda civic. I would rather spend a bit more on a good brand of tyres .

Prices are very reasonable.
I took my car in because the handbrake was broken, everything was communicated and due to circumstances beyond their control, the car wasn't ready as previously confirmed. The guys were really good and let me collect the car just after closing time. The prices quoted are very reasonable.

Disappointing experience
Having pre-booked online and got a time slot told to be prompt & appointment is fit while you wait I arrive to be told they haven't got the tyres. Then told the van delivering them has broken down?? Surely a large concern like protyre should be better organised? If they had not got the tyres in their shop they should have told me. Had to go home & return later. Tyres were eventually fitted satisfactorily.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service. Really appreciate all the effort the guys did when I took my car in. They checked everything thoroughly and took the time to show me issues before confirming with me to go ahead with the work.
They also found that I had an unnoticed oil leak on my automatic gearbox which I wouldn't have noticed.
Cannot thank them enough!!
