Your staff are friendly, seem very well trained and professional.
Only drawback as an ex business man, the reception area clearly not cleaned regularly as were toilets.
Rather unfortunate as my wife used them.

Exceptional personal service after email failure!
Service on visit was fine and I was promised an email receipt for tyres and tracking, which didn’t turn up so I called to enquire as to its whereabouts and was told that it would be sent again and would arrive in my inbox within minutes - still didn’t arrive. Clearly an email problem but paperwork now delivered by hand! Great service thank you!

Aircon refill Bathwick Tyres
First visit the adaptor for the aircon machine for my make of car was broken and I waited over half hour before I was told about this. Re booked for first appointment next day and had to wait over 1.5 hours as the gas canister was not filled from the previous day and that took over twenty minutes to just do that before the work could be done. Very disorganised and frustrating. The only good point was the gentleman on front desk who was just filling in for that day from Cheltenham garage was very polite and apologetic
