Very unfriendly
Avoid this place unless you would like an unfriendly and aggressive welcome for trying not to block the entrance to what appears to be a workshop and therefore not parking exactly where they want (which is anything but clear). Bloke in the workshop would benefit from a year at charm school.
No need for that sort of behavior.

I trust these guys with my tyres. Always pop in to get tyres checked for air. They are careful and will bring to my attention any problems and sort immediately. I only go there for my tyres.

Havant site nothing but Excellent, better than their bigger branches
Had my car scheduled in for the rear two tyres to replace at Havant and it was nothing but perfection. Car was booked in for yesterday 4pm however I reached out to the site to see if I could bring the appointment forward, they were more than happy to do so and within 20 minutes my car was back on the road with new tyres. Cannot recommend a site any better than Havant.
Yesterday I was fortunate enough to compare Havant with their Fareham site as a work vehicle experienced a pot hole puncher and was stranded on a 60mph b road in a very vulnerable place. Fareham site does not compare to Havant as Fareham was far more stricter on keeping appointment times even tho we took the damaged tyre and explained the situation the car was in.
For size, speed, customer experience I cannot recommend anyone more than Protyre Havant, they outperform their bigger sites without compromising customer care.
