Outstanding
These guys are outstanding. I had booked my car in for a service and MOT. They called me to say there was problems with the car, which I had owned for around a year and not driven excessively. It was clear that the car was sold fraudulently, with a very questionable MOT (I am taking this further re dealer and MOT centre).
Not only did Protyre explain the issues and discuss why it would be uneconomical to repair the numerous faults they showed me exactly where and have not charged for doing so.
Thanks for the oustanding service, so rare to find these days.

Won't be back
Quoted £35 to repair or £125 to replace tyre. Advised to change additional tyre(s) which did not need replacing. Given a story about how my brakes had been fitted (done by a v competent competitor) then charged £130 after refusing all additional attempts to part me from my money.
