I have been coming to ProTyre for many years,the staff may change over time but the customer service remains the same ,they are knowledgable about the products and are friendly at reception,and give a warm welcome,
There is a choice of seating in the waiting area, a drinks machine and background music to entertain whist waiting for your vehichle
There is a viewing window so you can see your car having its works carried out,the technicians carrying out the work protect your car seat and carry out the work efficiently
Sometimes the branch can be very busy and your vehichle is left they ring you when works are complete,also if they find the unexpected they ring you with the findings before carrying on.
