All round excellent service
Excellent booking process, the office staff were polite, the waiting area was comfortable with complimentary hot drinks which were offered.
We also had our baby granddaughter with us and the weather was wet and windy so the fitter drew the car up outside the door under cover so that we could put her in safely.
Tyre price was reasonable and they were fitted quickly considering they were busy.
An all round excellent service.

Excellent customer service
I popped by on a whim to see if anyone could assist my son who is a young learner driver, just to double check fluid levels and check over the tyres on his car ahead of his test.
The whole team were friendly and helpful and were happy to show him the min and max levels for no charge. They offered to mark these on the brake fluid and engine coolant reservoirs, as with it being an older car these were difficult to see.
When the car was up on the ramps we were shown underneath, bringing to our attention two tyres which were badly worn on the inside rim. There was no pressure at all to purchase but they were happy to change these with a realignment, and actioned this there and then so he was test ready.
All round, a really excellent and friendly service, and it’s a garage my son will now be confident in using in the future.

Shredded tyres :/
On a recent need to use protyre I found the staff to be friendly and informative, not only telling me what was wrong with my tyres but showing me aswell.
They managed to order and replace them the next day as they needed ordering.
Just a suggestion , it would be very helpful to have had a watts app/text message to keep me informed when car would be ready- it would help to plan/manage my day rather than not knowing and having to call later in the day

Well done to newest apprentice.
I turned up with Kia Ceed and was met on reception. Left car key for fitters and returned an hour later and both front tyres changed. No messing ,no fuss. The young apprentice who attended to my car was helpful when he met me on reception and handed the keys back to. Well done him.

The guys at protyre Middlewich were great, they were professional and explained everything I needed to know, as well as funny and good to chat to between going in and out all the time to answer phone calls, which I think was ridiculous,there should be a dedicated receptionist and then the lads can get on with their work on the cars. But 10/10 for the existing staff, Steve carried out work on my car and he was great explained everything and was very professional, they were all a great group of lads, who know there jobs very very well.
